As a fan of Moroccanoil’s Extra Volume Shampoo and Conditioner, I was excited to try this Volume Haircare Set. The hair oil was a nice bonus. However, it didn’t volumize my hair as well as the original products I bought in the past from Sephora. There’s a noticeable difference in performance, and I’m disappointed with the results compared to what I expected based on my previous experience with Moroccanoil’s Extra Volume line.

This is a great hair product. You only need a small amount for the shampoo to lather well. It washes thoroughly and the conditioner also applies very well. I have very fine hair and I noticed that this product gave me volume. I also used the oil before drying my hair and I find my hair very beautiful, smooth and soft. The products come in a pretty box which allows you to give these products as gifts.
The only downside for me but probably not for others is that I find the smell too strong. I have difficulties with products that have a stronger scent. I would have liked a softer fragrance, like lavender or citrus, and not this type of perfume.

The order arrived in this condition, the packaging was intact, but the bottle with the mask was poorly closed and some liquid leaked out. It’s a pity. But the product is very good 👍!!!

So I bought this set while traveling and I really like it. Honestly meant to buy the original hydrating set but wow does this give you volume. After I got home I bought the original and it’s also great. It is very perfumey but I love the smell and although my hair isn’t super soft it looks great and healthy and I’m not losing hardly any hair. I’m a natural brunette that has been bleaching my hair for 7 years, so it’s fragile. This never really caught my eye but it was recommended so I tried it. Very glad I did. I will be trying other styling products from the line.
