I have fine, color treated hair and am rather pleased with this product. It’s not heavy and I always feel it gets my hair clean and shiny. (It’s S Factor…so it’s good stuff.) It always seems to keep my color vibrant longer than using any other products. (I have to admit, I have great results with pretty much all TIGI and S Factor shampoos and conditioners; this version I am reviewing is my favorite.) I was concerned about buying expired products on Amazon (you always hear horror stories) and I was rather pleased that this product was of the same quality as what I buy at the Toni and Guy salon. Quality product!

I have relatively dry hair that is long and wavy. Because my hair has some curls in it, it can very easily look dry and tattered. I absolutely hated this about my hair! A friend recommended this product and i’ve been using it ever since! I absolutely love it. It has made my hair softer, shinier, smoother, and much healthier looking. I don’t think I’ll ever use another product for washing and conditioning my hair! I haven’t tried any of their after washing products, but certainly want to! Based on the results i’ve had with the shampoo and conditioner, I really think their entire line is probably pretty fabulous.

I used this product anyways even though it was sent to me as 2 shampoos instead of a duo. I could of sent it back but I didn’t. Wasn’t worth the send back for the conditioner, so I just got a different one. I’m a professional hairdresser so this doesn’t bother me as much as a person that doesn’t live and breathe hair products.

I have tried so many different shampoos and conditioners trying to find one that works well for my hair and this is by far my favorite! I can go several days without washing it again and it is so smooth and healthy feeling ! Highly recommended

Je n’ai jamais eu autant de conformité dans un produit commandé sur amazon, sans exagération.
J’imagine que cela dépend énormément de la chevelure, mais ces produits sont tout à fait adaptés à la mienne, qui plus est, le soin est très efficace et le shampoing sert d’une bonne base.
Je recommande sans problème, en sachant que chez un coiffeur c’est le prix d’un seul produit.

I have long, frizzy, type 2B wavy hair that I have to color every 4 weeks due to premature graying. I always fight dryness due to the length/processing, but I lose body and get greasy at the roots if the products are too heavy. I tried just about every one of the sulfate-free drugstore brands (and some of the salon ones, too!) that were what I was supposed to be using, and my hair just kept getting drier and drier. My stylist recommended the True Lasting Colour shampoo and conditioner. It’s pricey – even when she buys it for me at cost – but I’ve gone from having to routinely get 1-2 inches cut off with every trim to a REAL trim. The shampoo cleans really nicely (you don’t need a lot) and the conditioner is very mosturizing while being very light as well. I’ve also noted that my red haircolor doesn’t fade as badly. I second the other reviewers comment about the Serious deep conditioner – I use it twice weekly.

Money is reasonable, are used to love this brand because it was introduced by my hairstylist. Because the conditioner leaves my hair soft and silky, but this bottle leaves my hair all tangled and dry. I was happy that I can order it on Amazon so I don’t have to wait until my hairstylist gets her next shipment. But this order is very disappointing 😧

I bought this as I had been using colour goddess which is great but I wasn’t over the moon with the scent of caramel in my hair . I saw this and as it was the same brand and reading reviews thought I’d give it a go.
So happy I did , my hair is soft and shiny, the smell is not overpowering but pleasant and subtle. No more frizz either which was a pleasant surprise as my hair is quite fine and fly away , now it’s silky smooth.

This is a very good product; other products make my scalp itchy.
This is a big bottle and lasts along time. This product doesn’t come with a pump so you may want to start saving the pumps as they now charge for them at Ulta. The bottles are big so you need a tall shelf in your shower or you’ll need to transfer to smaller bottle if space is limited in your shower or bath. The lower price difference Amazon vs. retail is well worth the value.
