So I took one tablet every day for about 2 months – I didn’t want to overtake my vitamins. I noticed a slight difference in thickness, and slow hair regrowth in one spot – so I thought.
Then I stopped taking these for 2 months (in addition to my other vitamins) because I was going through a life event. I started to retake these (in addition to my other vitamins), 1 tab and 2tabs every other day. I noticed my hair became fuller, no true hair regrowth. one spot in the back of head, wasn’t as itchy and didn’t have a yeasty scent – where my hair was thinning. overtime and continued use of this product will work – I do think this product is effective. However, its costly. many of the ingredients are found in your day to day vitamins but higher potency.

Unfortunately, I didn’t notice a big difference. Maybe these just weren’t meant for me/my specific situation? I’m 55 and dealing with a combination of menopause, use of heat tools and hair color. It’s the menopause though that’s the kicker. I was hoping I’d see some change, but did not after 30 days. This product is pricey, so I was optimistic. It is hard to review the SeroVital Hair Regeneres Advanced 30-day supply just on one bottle in terms of hair growth. However, on the vitamins themselves, they have just a slight odor, but no aftertaste. The pills are easy to swallow, and I did not have any sense of discomfort when taking the pills with or without a meal. I tended to take them in the evening and the next morning my pee was noticeably more yellow.
