I don’t know what happened but was super excited to try this. Upon opening the seal was broke and had brown marks/stains around rim. Can’t comment on effectiveness because it went straight to the trash.

Lots of good vitamins. Will follow up on hair growth, but didn’t bother me when taking it. I like that it is full of good vitamins and seems useful for multiple purposes.

These hair vitamins come in a 3 month supply and are clearly labeled. The tablets themselves are smaller than expected (about the size of an acetaminophen tablet) which is a definite plus. They have a light, herbal smell and do not leave a bad taste in your mouth after taking them. It will take quite a while to determine effectiveness, but at the pricepoint, I’ll opt for these over basic biotin anyday.

This is a brand designed for men to help with healthy hair and mitigate hair loss. This product is a little confusing as the brand appears geared to men but the details on this product listing state both women and men yet later in the post it refers to men only – ultimately either gender can benefit from the overall vitamin regime but it’s main product- Saw Palmetto – inhibits the enzyme responsible for covering testosterone to DHT which is beneficial for male pattern hair loss.
Ultimately I believe this is geared for mean and helps with health and overall immunity. 2 pills a day which gives you a three month supply of quality vitamins that may also help with hair loss !
Go Blue 99 –
Keeps is a men’s wellness company that tries to combat a multitude of issues. This is their Daily Hair Defense pill, which is meant to be taken twice daily. Most of the ingredients are vitamins that you would see in any typical men’s multivitamin.
I compared the stats to my typical multivitamin, and the quantity tended to be on the lower end. However, I think the key differentiator here is the addition of saw palmetto, which is apparently helpful with hair loss.
The pills are easy to swallow and don’t have any odor or bad taste. The price is on the higher end, but at least you know you are dealing with a reputable company.

I got this for my dad. I think I’ve heard of the brand before. He’s interested in trying any hair supplements. I was particularly interested in this because it also contains B6 and B12, which he was also recently requesting for memory and energy. Especially if this can replace multivitamins you may be taking, just 2 tablets per day is not hard. This 3 month supply is currently $89.99 plus 5% off, which isn’t too bad if it’s an effective hair loss supplement – AND multivitamin.

I am extremely hopeful for this daily hair defense. The ingredients are listed clearly on the bottle as are the directions for daily use.
The tablets themselves are not unpleasant to take and don’t leave any aftertaste.
You get a total of 180 tablets. And you are directed to take two per day. I take mine with food to avoid any stomach upset.
So far so good and I’m extremely hopeful that these will protect my hair.
I will update my review if anything changes good or bad.

I like how small the Keeps Daily Hair Supplement tablets are; they are way smaller than my other supplements and easy to swallow. The ingredients list also looks great with vitamins A-E plus biotin, calcium, zinc, selenium, and hydrolyzed keratin, so I’m hoping they help with my thinning hair. They have an expiration date of 1/2026. However, the label was applied sloppily and had a large crease down the front center, which makes me wonder why a well-known name-brand product would look subpar, especially at a high price point.
