I gave it 2 stars because the style as shown is exactly what I was looking for. When I took it out it looked and felt soft and natural. If not for that, I would have given it 1 star.
After trying it on I put it back in its hairnet and back in the box until it was time to wear it, about 4 weeks. On the day of my event, I looked in the mirror after putting it on, and there were tiny strands of hair coming from all over the piece. In most places they wouldn’t stay when I tried to put them back into place, so I had to cut them so they wouldn’t be seen. I just took the net off a few minutes ago and even more hair strands are pulling apart from the braid area.
I did NOT apply any comb or spray to the piece. If the manufacturer would care to reimburse me or exchange the piece, that would be great, but at this point I’m *very* unhappy with this product.
