I received this wig and although the quality of the hair felt nice and the lace had a lot of space it was torn. I received it damaged and wish to be issued a refund. Unfortunately I have an event tomorrow that I need to wear it for but I am extremely unhappy.

This chocolate wig is Very Nice & FULL! Super soft! No tangle with minimal shedding. Very true to length. Styling was a breeze and it does take heat/curls very well! I did bleach the knots which was super easy. So far, I was able to get 2 installs and currently working on the 3rd install. The overall quality of this wig gives 10/10! Definitely will order again! Ok y’all! I’m a review reader too! This chocolate wig is fire! First I am a beginner, not a new one, but a beginner! Yet, this is my 1st chocolate brown wig! She was soft from packaging throughout drying! I threw a few curls in her omgg, they were so gorgeous! I used a lil con air cheap curler, nothing fancy, And No shedding! I haven’t cut the lace to wear her yet, but I’ll definitely keep y’all updated! Oh wait and my was full, even, and true to length! This wig definitely went beyond my expectations! The hair is soft with minimal shedding.Super easy to bleach the knots and absolutely no bad smell. It’s true to length and the color is beautiful!! I will definitely purchase again! 😍

Although, I personally did not have a perfect experience with this wig (as it did fit a little small on me), the quality of the wig and the hair was great. The customer service team did reach out and make things right which I appreciated very much. Overall my experience with the company went well.

This is the best wig I have gotten off of Amazon, the wig came pre bleached and pre plucked, I always bleach again to make the wig look extra nice but it took the bleach really well and didn’t ruin the roots or turned them orange. The wig also had no shedding what so ever no many how many time I brushed it. It was SUPERR soft and didn’t tangle. I ordered a 26inch or 28inch and it looked like 30inch I loved loved loved this wig.
