When I received my shampoo & conditioner, they had leaked. Thank goodness they had them in another plastic bag! These products are a bit pricey to have the product getting leaked out from containers as the caps were not on tight.

I have been getting blonde partial and full highlights for 10+ years and this is my favorite shampoo and conditioner combination. The conditioner is thick and really moisturizing. I try to leave it in as long as possible to work like a mask. I mix some purple shampoo with this shampoo to get a perfect elixir for my hair. Repurchased so many times love love love!

The product itself is amazing! It makes my hair so soft and honestly seemed healthier after a couple washings!!! The only issue is my items arrived leaking and I lost product inside the bag. I will definitely continue using Verb shampoo and conditioner but will probably be buying from somewhere else.

I wanted to try this product for a while before making a review. Before I start, I will say that until they start taping the bottles closed for shipping from Amazon, to purchase it elsewhere. 1/3 of my shampoo was leaked into the bag. I would have taken a picture but my hand was covered in shampoo. I see now that others have had the same issue. On to this wonderful shampoo/conditioner.
I have a lot of hair but it is very fine and wavy. Most products weigh it down or dry it out. My hair never used to feel good to me or look the way I want. I also am quite sensitive to scents. This shampoo and conditioner get a 10/10 from me for making my hair look AMAZING and for having a floral scent that is light and does not make me wheeze. The scent lingers in my hair too. I already got a few compliments on both the smell and look of my hair.
The first week I used this, I was a little concerned because I had more hair in my shower hair catcher than usual. That has gone back to normal. I think my hair needed to adjust to the new product. I don’t style my hair really….just air dry after using a 10 in 1 product, so I can’t comment on styling after using this product. After drying, my hair is much fuller looking. The waves are just right and my hair bounces! It’s never bounced before! It feels sooooo soft.
I feel like a princess or something. An old princess, but with beautiful hair. Thank you, VERB, for this lovely product. Please don’t change it. This princess will cry.
