This is nice hair and a much quicker way to achieve a true boho style. That said, the braids are a bit more loose than I would prefer and it’s also unclear if the human hair is just processed hair, or if it’s hybrid. I’ll have to see how it holds up and report back. I plan to do an initial acv rinse and wash before use, so I will know in short time. For now, I am happy with it and looking forward to using it.

I’ve ordered quite a few pairs of pre-looped goddess box braids at this point, and I have to say this is the most disappointing set I’ve received so far. With most sets of this kind, the braids are synthetic material and the curls and ends are usually human hair but in this case, the ends are 100% synthetic hair and you can tell the difference just by looking at it. The curls that are braided into the hair are human hair, and are soft and nice, although not the best executed as there were some spots where the braiding hair was coming out of the braids, which you can see in one of my photos. The braids themselves are way thicker than what I’m used to seeing so if you want a really chunky box braid, then these may be a good option for you. They are also quite affordable compared to some of the other brands I’ve tried, but I will say they are significantly lower in quality, especially at the ends. I think that’s where these really show how cheaply they are made. The curls at the ends of the braids are a rough synthetic that is way too overly shiny and not soft compared to the human hair curls throughout the rest of them. I put them side-by-side in one of my photos so you can see the difference. Personally, I would not recommend these, as those ends are going to get tangled and matted. I would say to pay a little more and get a set with human hair curls and ends.

This is a combination of curly hair mixed in with braids. There is human hair as well as synthetic hair. This comes with eight individual packs that include 96 strands of hair. The hair is pre-looped on the top. It includes some tools to install. The hair does not have any funny smells. The quality of the crochet braids is very nice.
