I have used this product for years and love it however when they ship $80.00 shampoo you would think they could do better than just throwing 4 bottles in a box with a bag around them and hope for the best. One shampoo and one conditioner lost close to half the bottles in the bag and box. This is why I shop in store and not online. However you can’t get this in store so online was my option.

I have been using the cloud 9 shampoo and conditioner since 2022 after I burned my hair off with a blow dryer. I had also started bleaching my hair that year. This shampoo and conditioner has been amazing. I was bleached blonde for 2 years and people constantly commented on how healthy my hair looked. please note that when you bleach your hair for that long, it tends to look frail and become brittle. But NOT MY HAIR. My hair is so healthy because of these products, and I will recommend it to anyone!!!!

This product is for me. I was very disappointed after opening the box. The conditioners sealed clear wrapper was full of conditioner. As it turns out, there was a defective cap put on the bottle. I am waiting to see what the company will do about the product and the bottle.
