I have naturally curly hair and can never get my hair straight with just a blow dryer and brush. This works great! Took 10 minutes to do my whole head and didn’t need to flat iron after. I let my hair dry at least 50% first. I hope it holds up!

I was recommended this item from my hairdresser friend. I went through chemo a couple years ago and my hair grew back really curly, I also ended up with permanent nerve damage on the left side of my body and can not fully use my arm. I’m only mentioning this because I couldn’t use my normal blow dryer/round brush combo and lived in pony tails. With this product I can use one arm and straighten my hair (as well as drying it).
This item is pretty lightweight for what it is, and can be used one handed. The cord spins and moves as you use it so there’s no getting it tangled as you work.

Bought it in Jan, and today (Aug 28) it stopped working, started smelling burn and i stopped using it, and I dont use it that often. At this point seems disposable to me.
