I used to buy this product in Europe and the consistency was different from it . It is too liquid. I can’t say it is a bad shampoo but don’t understand why it is different.

It looks like water coming out and it was filled to the top when I opened it. It just makes me suspicious that someone diluted it with water. Update: I now have ordered the same shampoo from the Alfaparf site and it is thicker and not overflowing at the brim with water. I think the first one was tampered with.

It arrived with more than 1″ less quantity in the bottle. For a shampoo to cost $22 it is not for it to come with a lack of quantity, besides that it is very liquid, it seems that it was linked with water to dilute it, extremely watered down and absolutely NOT the same quality. This is NOT the same product that I purchased from my hairdresser.
