I really hate it broke me out, because this stuff really does grow your hair. if you are acne prone, avoid these vitamins.

It just keeps getting better and better the longer I take it! I balked when I saw the price at my local pharmacy but this is a little cheaper. The product was suggested by my dermatologist because my hair was dull and falling out and my nails were always breaking. WOW! Took it for two weeks and my hair was getting too oily. Nails, formerly so think you could bend them back in the shower… were stronger and growing! Been a long time since I had 10 nails at once. I have been taking 1 pill every other day but I think I’ll just use my pill cutter and take half every day… easier to remember that way. My skin is softer too and I’m saving money on lotion because I don’t need it as much.
Also gave a woman a bottle to try. She’s in her 70s and drying out. She asked me to order some more for her because now her hair is soft and shiney again. I would suggest the product to anyone with dry skin, hair or brittle nails.
