Unfortunately this is the second time I had to purchase this hair dryer, but it is SO WORTH IT. I have super curly hair and when I use the diffuser on a low setting, I have zero frizz. And my hair drys so fast. The reason why I had to buy a new one, was because I may have dropped it a few times, and then it made some really loud noise, and finally it just died. My fault.

This is my second hair dryer. I had my first one about 3 years and then it started making a high pitched noise when I was using it on high. I bought a less expensive one to replace it but my hair took longer to dry and had a frizzy appearance. I bought my second Jinri infrared hair dryer and it dries my hair faster and leaves it looking silky smooth. I definitely recommend this hair dryer, well worth the price!

I’ve had the hair dryer for a few months now and I am extremely happy with it! It’s used daily. Light weight. Perfect amount of HIGH or LOW blowing and variable temperature settings. Nice sturdy cord. Comes with attachments (that other very pricey dryers have available but have to be purchased separately). I don’t use any of the attachments so it’s kind of waste for me personally – throwing them in the donation pile and maybe someone can do something with them. I am probably going to get another for the guest room. Like the infrared feature that comes on with heat setting.

A friend of mine owns the SRI Salon Dry Pro which I really like but I was reluctant to pay $160 for. When I was searching on Amazon this JINRI dryer popped up and looked very similar for a fraction of the cost so I thought I’d give it a try. I’m happy to report that it is GREAT! Lightweight and relatively quiet, this dryer packs a powerful punch. What I like most about it (and what was what I also liked about my friend’s SRI) is that it has 3 heat settings and the low/med/high actually do feel like cool/warm/hot – unlike my current hairdryer where all the settings just feel “hot”. I have curly hair and the low setting is particularly good to use with the included diffuser.

I’ve never purchased a hair dryer anywhere besides Sally’s or Ulta. Used the same high end hairdryers for YEARS! Very skeptical purchasing but after hours of thoughts and reviews I thought ok- so I did- I’ve used this hairdryer maybe 20-30times in the last couple months- do not have a lot of hair but good hairdryers are still very important! It did a great job like the infrared, high power gets dry quickly and shiny. (Btw the cord sucks for sure- the plug anyway- cord is ok bc it’s long but doesn’t do any good when it falls out the outlet with minimal movement-& no it’s not my outlet) but last week .. BOOM! Blew- motor started goin crazy- still started up but scary lol then finally notice a huge chunk of plastic curled up and stuck behind the front ‘grill’ part- and other items jingling in the back- def not using it anymore- I’d like to take pics of it to show but Amazon says my phone isn’t allowed camera access and takes me to settings but doesn’t allow me to change? Idk not too iPhone savy- anyhow I’ve never written a bad review ever- but dk how to get a hold of seller & there doesn’t seem to be an option- but I suppose I’ll take the loss like all the other monies I throw away on things I know I shouldn’t order lol- but If there is anyway I can get a replacement to try again that’d be super or if this review may help someone else!

This dryer weight and size is comfortable to hold with a sleek design and attachments click in. I live in a dry climate and therefore experience a lot of static. Not with this dryer. The low setting is perfect for a styling dry and the heat level is perfect for a fast dry but not too hot.
