With this product I had everything I needed to do my hair so many different ways. The first thing I noticed was that the attachments do tend to get hot very quickly. I did like that there is a heat resistant glove included in this package for this reason. Everything is pretty much made of plastic not metal so it’s not as durable as metal would have been. It also won’t rust because it’s plastic so there’s the upside to it. All of the attachments are lightweight with the handle being a little bit heavier. It’s not complicated to use at all with just two different buttons. I did like the simplicity of it. The handle was simply a round handle with no ergonomic grip anywhere which I would have liked it to be a little more user friendly to hold onto but it was still ok to use the way it is. It’s just so big around. I had plenty of room to move around with the length of the cord so no problems there I was able to dry and style my hair concurrently therefore I saved time. The straightener eliminated the frizziness left in my hair when I hadn’t just dried it with the air wraps. The bristles on the hot air brush were able to go through my hair without getting tangled up and making a big mess so I was happy about that. They all worked and dried my hair while straightening it or curling it with the brush or just straight up drying my hair. The air wraps were something I had never used so they were new to me but I liked using them. I could create so many hairstyles just using this one product. I only had to change out the attachments which was not hard for me to do at all. Came with a soft silky bag to store everything in which was helpful for me so the parts all stayed together. I was very satisfied with this product and everything that came with it. Although the price is a little up there if you were to buy each of these items individually you will have spent well over the price of this one product so this is a good value for the price. This makes an excellent gift idea.

I got this maybe 5 months ago as a gift and have used it maybe 10 times total. I was initially impressed. Then the attachments showed signs of melting by the 5th or 6th use. Today, mid-use, the entire heating element busted halfway thru doing my hair for a photo shoot. And of course they won’t refund or exchange. This product is awful and a HUGE waste of money. Do NOT buy.

This is interesting to review because it’s got pros and cons. On its face, I like it for traveling, since I can have multiple options in one device. The air wrap curling does take a bit of practice to figure out and I originally thought I would be doing this in a ponytail style but realized I would have to curl it then add to a pony because otherwise the air makes the ponytail area frizzy with any loose hairs. The blow dryer portion dried my hair in about 5 minutes which is comparable to my $100 dryer. The straightener is okay for smoothing down hair but isn’t going to get it stick straight like a good quality straightener. I have not tried the brush looking thing. I noticed a smell similar to what others have complained about, although it does seem to fade more each time. What I don’t like is how hot the unit gets for the attachments. They do give you a glove, but there’s no real way to set this down without having a heat mat to protect your surface as well. Then if you are using the curler set, it is directional meaning you need to do half your hair in one curler attachment and then switch to the other one to finish because it is very hard to do the other direction when holding your dominant hand up unless you are ambidextrous. So to get the curler off you will definitely need the glove to not burn your hand when switching out the attachment.

This 5 in 1 hair wrap air styler is an okay design as the attachments are easy to put on and store in a drawstring bag that included for storage and travel. I did notice some plastic burning smells when using the hair dryer attachment and there is concern for the power it generates as it took a decent amount of time to heat and dry my hair. The attachments felt slightly on the flimsier end but were easy to twist on and take off however one of the concerns I had was the temperature of the attachments as they get pretty hot and thus make it very difficult to take off with safety concerns for burning. There weren’t any heat resistance gloves included so you will have to wait for the unit to cool down. Overall, this is a decent budget friendly 5 in 1 system which is easy to use but there is some concern with the temperature of the attachments.

It works great!! However, there is an awful burning smell that comes from it. Not sure what it could be. New product, just burning off, or something wrong with it? I have used it three times and the smells comes every time.

The plastic feels a bit on the cheap end, but the airwrap attachments perform well. They quickly dried and styled my hair. Theres two barrels, one to curl your hair to the left and one to the right. It was very beginner friendly and intuitive. It gave me big volume that lasted the next day despite no hairspray being used.
One thing I hated is the normal blow dry attachment head. It emitted such a horrible smoky smell after a minute of use. I thought something was on fire, but it was just that attachment itself. When I pulled it off I could feel how hot it was and could tell just from sniffing everything that it was the source of the smell. I don’t know what it’s made out of, but I decided to never use that specific attachment again.
