This is a nice little trimmer. My husband has been using it a couple weeks and likes it. It is quiet and cuts well. It is much better quality than what he had been using. He wishes that it came with guides (nice to have) but really wishes that it came with a wall charger. You only get the cable. For the price, we hoped it would have been included. No other complaints so hubby is pretty happy.

To describe these “Liners” in one word, all i can say is AMAZING! This is the first time in at least 10yrs that i was not disappointed with clippers that did not come from the Big Dogs(Whal, Andis, Oster & Babyliss). The blades are truly Zero-Gapped. This term has been used loosely and watered down to sell cheap clippers. As you can see from the 3rd picture i uploaded, the teeth of the bottom blade is just where it is suppose to be. This distance is to small to measure but if i had to guess i would say its .20mm or .15mm. After 25mins of continuous use the blades were warm but not frying-pan hot like Andis blades get in the same time period. With that being said, these are real DLC blades and perform to my expectations. However, the are deep-tooth blades. That is not a negative statement, you just need to know what you are dealing with. In my professional opinion Deep-tooth blades are better for balding and shaving than Lining because bigger teeth are better for cutting thicker hair. When lining-up a client the hair you should be removing is baby hair and/or stubble. I performed 4 linings & 5 shaves with the Red Pro DLC blade and they got the job done but you won’t get that Crispy, Ash-Wednesday effect with this blade. They come fully charged so didn’t need to charge them and they gave me full power on every cut! From the Last pic you can see i swapped it out with a old Andis T-Outliner blade i had laying around and boy oh boy what a difference! There was so much chalk around the lining all that was missing was the yellow tape and the body-bag, i was killing it! With the blade swap in effect these Liners hit like Mike Tyson in his prime. These liners are very light so you may need to adjust your touch and apply a little more pressure to get the desired result. They are easy to use and the noise level is just about the same as the Andis Liners. The housing where the screws are inserted is metal so that is a major plus because over time, if that part was plastic with big thread screws, the screws become loose from the vibration and blade changes. The fact that i never have to search for a replacement blade (interchangable with Andis blades) is a selling point all in itself. At a price point of $89 these babies worth every penny. The charging dock is very nice touch as well, having your clippers just laying around in a drawer or on your station they could get water damage from a spill or the teeth chipped from getting bumped around. Today is when they arrived and this review is from the same day so i cannot speak on durability but with proper care and regular oiling i can see these clippers lasting a minimum of 2yrs. If you’re reading this and you’re on the fence wondering you should buy them or not, do it. If you don’t buy the Red Pro Cordless Trimmer, You’re stupid…….In fact im ordering a second pair right now!

My boyfriend uses trimmers regularly and I was curious for him to try this one. This was his first time trying this brand. The trimmer arrived beautifully packaged. Included items in the box are the trimmer, the charging stand, the USB-C charging cable and a small brush to remove stuck hairs from the trimmer. The charging stand is not necessary for the trimmer to charge as it can also be charged directly (which is nice for travel). The matte black color looks great and also feels nice in the hand. The trimmer feels substantial and expensive. The blade on the trimmer is sharp and powerful. My boyfriend has been using it to remove body hair (he is quite hairy) and it removes his thick and dense body hair in one go. The battery life is excellent and he can fully and quickly remove body hair from his back, chest, underarms, arms, privates and behind his neck quickly – and without worrying about the battery. Since there are no attachments and the shave is close, he does not use it to clean up eyebrows or sideburns. He has been very pleased with the performance of this product (as have I). Definitely recommended if you are looking for a powerful and quality trimmer.

These are really nice trimmers that cut smoothly and neatly without any tugging or pulling. They are zero gapped, have a DLC coated blade, and besides the trimmers themselves they also arrived with a base/dock, charging cable, cleaning brush, oil, and instructions. For trimmers they are relatively quiet too as well as lightweight and comfortable to hold. My only real issues would be there are no attachments/guides, no charging port (just the cable) and that the power lever feels a little cheap. All in all though they appear to be a quality product and I’m glad I ordered them… =)

This is a really great trimmer. I usually take products that say “Pro” in the name with a grain of salt but this one stands up to the name. While is is a trimmer, I feel like it can cut as well as a larger shaver.
I really like the ergonomics of the trimmer. If has a fat middle that fits well in the hand.
I’m happy that it has USB-C charging but also can charge through the charging stand. I’m really happy that there isn’t one more product-specific charger to keep track of.
The battery seems to last a long time. I haven’t had the opportunity to see if it really lasts 2 hours but after a number of uses there isn’t any indication of lower battery.
