I love this shampoo & conditioner! My husband noticed the scent the first time I used it, “your hair smells so good, new shampoo?”. It was recommended to me by a friend as a green product & healthy for hair. I have natural silver hair that’s straight and long (mid back length, non-processed). Though I get trims routinely, the ends were a little dry and my hair was not shiny like it was before it turned silver.
After using this product I have shiny, soft hair and the ends feel smooth, moisturized/healthy. It looks so beautiful again! It is never greasy looking as many shampoos/conditioners do to my type of hair. I’m very happy with this product!

Like the product. Smells very good. Pumps do not work. They do not look broken, they just don’t work. You pump and pump and it does not pull up the shampoo. *I finally had to just take off lid/pump which I don’t like in case it gets knocked over and spills.

I bought the shower gel first. Was looking for a paraben-free product and found this! Nice price and nice coconut smell! Not very strong but still can smell it after 2 days. However, I do not like the pump. I have long hair and I have to pump 8 times or more to get the shampoo I need. The hair conditioner comes out very far and I always missed to catch some.

I absolutely love this brand! I love the smell! I love how soft and moisturized my hair feels! I can’t use any other shampoo and conditioner! And you can smell my hair for days after! Please don’t ever stop making this shampoo and conditioner! Please don’t ever change anything! It’s perfect!

This product smells amazing. It cleanses all hair types (over-processed/damaged to healthy) really well, without residue. And, it leaves your hair soft (with just the shampoo alone).
I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. It is my new favorite.
Only thing: they have since changed the pump design to a wider, “controlled” dispense type (see pic 1 (new pump design) compared to pic 2; not same product but same pump style of old design): it does not work! And because the mouth on the bottle is wider than normal bottles of the same size, I can’t change it out with another pump.
Devs: PLEASE CHANGE THE PUMP BACK TO ORIGINAL! – can’t even pump product from bottle with the new one 🙁

I’ve been struggling for about 6 years with a skin sensitivity. Every month for a week or two my skin would be really sensitive and any shampoo I would put on it caused a red mark and would burn or itch. My husband uses herbal essences and I thought that would help but it didn’t. I tried baby shampoo but it didn’t lather at all. I tried a couple others but nothing seemed right. One day I found a sample bottle of this and tried it. I have never had the skin issue again and I love the smell. I have long thick hair so I don’t need volume or thickness so I can’t speak to how well that works but I do love it doesn’t bother my skin. I know some others said it doesn’t lather. It does lather some, probably not as much as herbal essences but it’s actually pretty good. It takes quite a few pumps to use on my hair but I don’t mind. Definitely recommend this for anyone with sensitive skin

LOVE LOVE this shampoo and conditioner. Have gifted to 3 sets and everyone loves it… It smells so very good. Really helps pump the volume – safe for highlighted/colored hair – cleans hair so well. Why not 5 stars?? Was tempted to give 3 stars. THE SUPER BAD PUMP is the problem. It’s nearly impossible to use. Especially with the shampoo, simply because you wash twice right? I use less conditioner so while the pump on the conditioner is just as bad, it’s sort of ok. It is NOT as shown in the photo. Apparently there is a ‘new’ pump. It’s really wide and pumps a ridiculous 1/8 teaspoon of shampoo with each pump and super slow to ‘recover’ the pump you end up pulling on it to get the next tiny dose of shampoo! Crazy, frustrating and difficult. Now, you could say that it was just one faulty pump – but this is personally my second set – just as awful. I’ve got a get glass or other planet friendly dispenser to keep using this stuff. PLEASE change the pump!

I have medium curly hair, and this brand is my favorite to use right now. It doesn’t make my hair or scalp greasy and keeps the whispies down while helping maintain my curls natural volume and bounce. The Shampoo lathers well and the conditioner is not overly thick.
