I’ve loved this brand for a long time and a few months ago I had my hair colored and purchased the color care shampoo and conditioner. Suddenly I was experiencing severe allergic reactions on my face and hands. After 3 trips to the Urgent Care and multiple trips to an Allergist for testing, I had nearly given up on finding out what was going on. This past week I washed my hair with a different shampoo and conditioner and overnight the rash was gone. Not a single allergy medication needed, barrier cream applied to my face, nothing, it was just completely clear we up. So I then washed my hair with this yesterday and boom, my eyes and face are red, swollen, and my hands are covered in a terrible rash.
Everyone tried to help me find the cause and it wasn’t until I stopped using it did it go away. Never again will I trust this brand.
