The 1st wig was amazing, so I bought another one. The 2nd wig was not the same. It was longer and thinner. It had no body and wasn’t full. I should’ve know it wasn’t the right wig when it came in a pink bag and had a different name. The 1st one I bought came in an orange bag with the brand product name. Finding something that work’s and you like is a hit or miss with Amazon..

Want to start it off by saying I bought this wig about 2-3 weeks ago. Was super soft and curly out the bag but did have a bad fishy smell, nothing a wash and condition couldn’t get rid of. The curls got better and better the first week and a half but then I washed it again. After I washed it the second time, the wig got more tangled for some reason and all I do is brush with the denman brush after wetting and applying mousse. I’ll try using the silicone mix to see if it helps but otherwise it’s a decent wig for a cheap price.

Wig is very nice very natural looking the only issue. I had what it was that it was not clueless like it stated and it is not 20 inches but for the price it’s a great unit. It’s not too big and not too small. I typically have a problem with buying wigs and they’re just extremely to big ,my head is, very small so it was OK again

I have been ILL and am losing my hair. Always had long curly hair. Not any longer. I have been able to conceal it for a while. Someone made a recommendation which gave me a nice list to understand what to look for in hopes I would locate something similar to my own without calling attention to myself and the illness.
After copious research and video watching, I ordered from this company as I appreciated what some of some of the models presented.
Upon receipt, I noticed the hair is quite Lovely, Soft and Manageable.
What I discovered that was concerning:
1. My hair is actually a combination of Kinky-Curly I was told. The wig I received was much straighter in texture.
2. Random blocks of Short Hairs especially in the most obvious places.
3. The lace was shorter and the cap are larger. Therefore, the wig is loose on my head and I required additional reinforcements to keep it from sliding back and forth and side-to-side.
4. The unit looks wiggy. Someone asked, “Why are you wearing a wig?”. I felt so ashamed.
I contacted the company first, the Seller, Xuchang Meimei Trading Co. Ltd. The
person that responded was extremely snide and told me to send the unit back and that I would receive a refund in several weeks. I was absolutely thrown aback due a refund was not my goal. I simply wanted to learn what I can do in the future to obtain a better unit without the patches of short hair, the appropriate lace length, proper back cap fitting and it not to have the appearance of a wig… The company representative was simply rude. I attempted to get Amazon involved, but the “Chat” option is terrible. I was simply offered a “Return”, again, which was not the goal. Then Amazon began requesting my personal information including I.D. for a return. One, never would I have provided my personal information other than the address to mail. To any company. I just do not understand. I attempted twice with both sides. It appears Seller, Xuchang Meimei did not read or comprehend my questions and decided to guess and lash out.
Most importantly, if I returned the wig, I would have nothing for my head.
I am so broken already and this experience made it worse.

I was a little worried because the top of the wig seemed kinda thin but once I installed, it made sense. Beautiful curl pattern, density is perfect and very minimal shedding. Great price!! I will be buying another one very soon!

I highly recommend!!! Fresh out the pack I washed the wig because it had a lil odor and conditioned it. Hair was super soft and manageable, lace melted very well, and it didn’t shed much. I didn’t bleach the knots but I used lace tint and I didn’t have to pluck. Idk how long it’ll last but for the price just buy another one when it gets old. I know I am.
