I wanted this mainly for at-home conditioning treatments, and it is PERFECTLY what I wanted! Easy to set up, easy to use, various temperature settings…no complaints! A great bonnet dryer at a good value!

Hooded hairdryer is great for anyone to have when practicing healthy hair and when doing the conditioning treatments. The hooded hair dryer has three levels of heat, all in which are very hot and can be sit for whatever you need. The hairdryer itself is very strong and will stand up without having to hold it, which is great for times with roller sets. Professional, non-professional, or a beautician by trade will love these hairdryers. They are worth every penny can be wiped off and cleaned easily with no problem and can blow out a tremendous amount of heat in the same temperature for long periods of time.

This hair drying bonnet has a few positives as well as negatives.
The unit itself is a light weight plastic with a few metal parts to it. It has one dial with 3 settings; Cool, Warm and Hot.
The cool setting feels as if it’s simply moving room temperature air inside the bonnet. Warm is slightly warmer and hot is warmer but not what I would consider a high heat temperature. Hot is warm enough to use to set rolled hair or help with conditioning treatments. I would not recommend it for drying a full head of wet hair, damp hair might be better suited for this unit.
The extension arm allows for 3 additional inches of the bonnets height.
The air flow has no controls. I cannot increase or decrease the volume of air it circulates and the volume it creates is low to mildly medium at best.
This bonnets air ports, where the air flows out of to circulate around my head, are on the top and mid section only of the interior of the bonnet. It has no neck or lower head opening areas for its air to be pushed out of leaving those areas lacking the circulation needed to dry or fully set my hair.
It is compact and folds up for storage taking up less room than a traditional stand alone floor based bonnet dryer. It also sets up easily on my countertop. My overall opinion is that it is lacking due to the mentioned air flow issues unless you simply desire a unit for conditioning treatments.
