They came used, with beads and tape in a jumbled mess. My 18 inch ones were fine but the 16 inch were clearly used. The 18 inch extensions were a perfect colour match and very good.
Customer service contacted me and were very helpful. They are sending me a new pack of hair, even in a new colour as I dyed my hair since purchasing. Thank you so much!

Let me just start by telling you that my experience purchasing extensions on my own and not through a salon has been a challenge. I have finally found the perfect shade, texture and the customer service of LaaVoo is out of this world amazing! I called the company because of an error I made when ordering. They have a little card inside the box that puts you directly in tough with the LaaVoo, not Amazon. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they responded. Less than 12 hours of me contacting them they corresponded back by text. The extensions did come nicely packaged but a little folded which you can see in the picture but quickly fell out after hanging them up for about an hour. I wanted to start doing my own extensions. I found these Nano Bead extensions, did a little research, found that they are designed to be easier for you to do yourself. They are a little tricky at first. But watch the videos online. Super easy once you have done a few. I’ve even taught my hubby to help me when one slips down. I have very, very fine/thinning hair. They are perfect for me. I would say they would work for most hair. It only take a few strands of your hair to hold the bead. BUYER BEWARE though, when you purchase, they do not come with the beads attached like some of the others companies. Thus was my mistake. I was able to find them for $4.00 elsewhere. I also bought $10.00 beads. They worked exactly the same! I highly recommend these extensions. I have had the same set in for over 4 weeks now and as you can see I use heat on them. I haven’t noticed any breakage or damage. I do condition and use a leave-in conditioner. BUT ONLY ON THE ENDS!!! Too much conditioner or oily hair may cause yours to slip out. BUY THESE! Try them for yourself. 🤩The customer service is out of this modern day world, EXCEPTIONAL!!! I will be staying with LasVoo ♡ ❤️

As someone who loves trying out new hairstyles and experimenting with different looks, I’ve always been interested in hair extensions. However, I’ve also been hesitant to try them out because I didn’t want to damage my natural hair or end up with extensions that looked fake or unnatural. That’s why I was so excited to try out the LaaVoo Black Itip Extensions in 28 inches – they promised to be easy to use, natural-looking, and gentle on my hair.
First things first – ordering the extensions was easy and straightforward. The website had plenty of information about the various products and styles available, and I appreciated the detailed descriptions and photos. I opted for the black color and the 28-inch length, as I wanted something dramatic and attention-grabbing.
When the extensions arrived, I was impressed by the quality and craftsmanship. The hair felt soft and silky, and the iTip design looked sturdy and well-made. The black color was rich and vibrant, and I could tell that the extensions would blend seamlessly with my natural hair.
One of the best features of these black hair extensions is their length. At 28 inches, they provide plenty of options for styling – I could wear them straight and sleek, curled and bouncy, or braided and intricate. The extensions also added volume and thickness to my hair, which was a nice bonus. I also love that the extensions come in packs of 50g, which allows me to customize the amount of hair I need based on my individual needs. For a full head, I typically use around 150-200g.
I appreciate that the seller provided installation instructions as it made the process much easier. However, I highly recommend having a stylist install them as it can be quite tricky to do alone. The itip attachments require beads and tools, which need to be purchased separately, but this is not a big deal. The seller was also very helpful and provided great customer service when I had questions regarding the installation process
While the LaaVoo Black Hair Extensions are an excellent product overall, there are a few potential issues that some users may experience. Here are a few possible problems:

*Wash Them Carefully: When it’s time to wash your extensions, use a gentle shampoo and conditioner and be sure to rinse them thoroughly. Avoid rubbing or twisting the hair, as this can cause tangling.
*Use Oil: Use oil frequently because the extensions do not create their own oil.
*Air Dry: After washing, gently squeeze out excess water and let your extensions air dry. Don’t use a hairdryer, as this can damage the hair fibers.
Overall, I am completely in love with my LaaVoo Hair Extensions Real Human Hair and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality extensions at an affordable price point. The 28-inch length is perfect for those wanting long and luscious locks, and the soft and silky texture of the hair is just like real human hair. The itip attachments are easy to install and feel secure, and the seller’s installation instructions and customer service are incredibly helpful. I will definitely be purchasing more of these extensions in the future!

The hair quality is amazing and so far the platinum blonde has lasted me 4 months with heat on it nearly everyday! I definitely recommend this brand of hair!
