These scissors are sharp! They cut well and precise. They fit very comfortable for a lefty! They fit my fingers perfect. I’ve been using right hand scissors and I’m so happy to finally have scissors made for me- a lefty. The thinning shears work perfect as well.

These are high quality left handed shears. They come in a nice zippered case that has a bit of a cushioned feel. They came pre-oiled so they open & close smoothly.
I’ve been cutting my own hair since the Covid lockdown. I’ve been making do with a pair of goody scissors as that was what I had available at the time. I can never get the back looking the way I need so I recently asked my daughter to help who is a lefty. She was so excited until the scissors wouldn’t work in her south paw. When I saw these I just knew we needed these for our household. We are a family of 3 lefties (myself included). As a child I learned to adapt and can cut easily with my right but now that I have these I don’t have too.
I am so impressed with the quality of these shears. They are super sharp and leave the nicest ends to my hair. I can really tell the difference from my less expensive store bought ones. My daughter is over the moon that I’ll let her use these too. She is having so much fun experimenting she hopes to put these to use in a future career. We have to get through high school first, but I have confidence these will still be nice in years to come. I guess I’ll be saving money on professional haircuts from now on.

My daughter who is a left handed stylist used them to cut my hair. She said they were really Good quality & she did great with it. 💇🏻‍♀️

These shares will not stay adjusted. You adjust them they cut good for a minute and then they’re bending the hair. Can’t finish one haircut. Huge waste of money. And cannot send them back. By the time you get them from when you order them it’s such a short period of time to find out if they’re any good. To try to figure out why they won’t stay adjusted, wondering if you’re doing something wrong. Money down the drain.

Like so many others, I began cutting hair during Covid when everything was closed. The results must be ok because I’m still being asked to give haircuts. I was using a pair of scissors purchased at the drugstore before picking these up. The difference is night and day. The results these scissors offer and ease of use are even better than before.
Firstly, I’ve never had a left handed pair of scissors. They truly do make a difference. I’ve never really believed in special tools, but rather simply figured out how to make do with standard off-the-shelf items. For left-handed individuals, these offer more precision and stability. In addition, the adjustability of the blades is especially good on both coarse and fine hair.
I have a few Japanese knives in the kitchen, so when I saw that these were also from Japan, I knew that would be a mark of quality and they certainly are. The set also comes in a well made zippered case with an elastic band that holds them securely in place. Though the price might be considered somewhat high, just like our knives, they are investment pieces that will last us a long time. Considering the results they give, and the money we’ve already saved in using them, they pay for themselves in just a handful of haircuts. If you are left-handed, I highly recommend these.

Preaching this review by stating I am a dog groomer by trade- this is my day job. I’ve been at it for 5 or 6 years actively, but on and off since 2005.
I like these, I was amazed to find them advertised to me as left handed and not having to go searching for a lefty option or request.
They are fantastic, for the price.
They are NOT comparable to kenchiis or geibs or harebone shears, foxy roxy, etcetera.
But for their price point they are most definitely worth buying. I am using them as my “junkers”- they themselves aren’t junk, but, all the dogs I need to do haircutting prior to the bath will be able to be done without possibly bringing harm or breakage to my finishing equipment. They’d also make for a good backup set.
And they come in a nifty case.
They did arrive able to cut hair.
It’s a set of short straights and short thinners.

While I think these are good scissors, I don’t find them to be great. When I compare them to the other ‘professional’ pair that I have (and believe me, I am NOT a professional. At all. By any means…) I find them to be a bit bulky. They are sharp, but not razor sharp. When I tested out the thinning shears, they seemed to work more like regular scissors, and I had a very difficult time trying to get them to do what I thought they were supposed to do. The comfort level was pretty good but just out of curiosity, I turned them around and tried them with my right had, and they were just as comfortable. Overall, in my very unprofessional opinion, I would say this is a pretty decent set (though I am guessing these are not what your left handed stylist uses), but maybe a bit over priced.

These are amazing scissors!!!!! I put my ring finger and thumb through the handle holes for a precise cut (I got this technique from my hairdresser). When you hold the scissors this way your hair does not bend when cutting. These are super sharp and very high quality. I’ve had these for almost a year and they are just as sharp as the first day I got them. These are awesome for us lefties. Great product and no complaints here.
