Title: Beware: Deceptive Practices and Poor Customer Service
I recently had a disappointing experience with [Company Name], and I feel compelled to share my thoughts to warn others. I ordered what was supposed to be a high-quality human hair wig from them, but upon receiving the package, it was evident that the wig was synthetic, not human hair as advertised.
When I reached out to their customer service to address the issue, they inspired I didn’t order with them LOL! It’s clear that they have no intention of taking accountability for their misleading practices.
This experience has left me feeling cheated and frustrated. Not only did I not receive the product I paid for, but I also received zero support or acknowledgment from the company when trying to resolve the issue.
I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from them to proceed with caution. Their deceptive practices and lack of customer service make them a company to avoid at all costs. Amazon will not allow the pictures but trust its SYNTHETICA!

I ordered the wig to wear during my birthday. I bleached the knots and it plucked the hairline myself. The knots bleached very easily, so I only left it on for about 20 minutes. It could have stayed on a little longer (the first picture).
The second picture is when I first installed it for my birthday back in September. It melted down beautifully.The third picture is three weeks later, and it’s still laying down great.
Overall, the quality is great, and the hair length for true to what was advertised. The only complaint I have is that it sheds ALOT when manipulating it, even with basic brushing/combing in the mornings. But I’ve gotten used to it and just know I’ll have to constantly get up the hair. Other than that, I have had no issues and thoroughly enjoy using it!

Y’all Listen when I say if u clicked here on this hair it’s a MUST BUY. The hair is silky and true to length I had bought a 26in which come mid length back and I’m 5’7.I did not get any shedding even when washing the hair. The lace is easy melt so for all the lady’s that are beginners this is very beginner friendly. I’ve been doing wigs for years and out of all the wigs I have tried I have never been more happy to say this was my top favorite hair to install. This is the worst “human hair” have ever purchased. The wig just was delivered today but imagine my biggest disappointment when it turns out It’s not human hair at all it’s rubber and it keeps shredding.. I am a first time customer and gosh I can’t contain my disappointment. Its not worth the money in all honesty

This wig sheds ALOT (a track fell out the same day I received it. It has no baby hairs, it did not come preplucked and worst of all it is SYNTHETIC so needless to say first wear within hours the hair was tangled. Can’t fun my fingers or a brush through it. Save your money and go elsewhere. 0/10 do not recommend. I need a refund. Not at all beginner friendly. Boooo 🍅🍅🍅🍅

Ladies. Worry not. You will not be disappointed. This wig is better then all those other wig companies. It’s soft, it doesn’t mat up at the nap. It’s not stiff. It doesn’t smell. I will be ordering another one. The quality is everything. Update! This hair is still going strong, super soft, full all the way down to the ends. its just not preplucked. I am so happy. i am about to buy the 28 inch right now just to have in my hair arsenal.

I got this hair for prom this year and the quality was wonderful, knots was a little hard to bleach but if your a stylist you can get through with it, it works well with heat my curls stayed, it fit well and comfortable on my head, don’t walk girlys run a must buy.

Great quality will definitely order again! The density was perfect, affordable wigs are normally thin but this one was pretty full, the hair is super soft and hold heat very well my curls lasted all day. It had a great smell & the lace literally gives SCALP! I did not have to bleach knots and i did minimal plucking. For this wig to be so affordable, this is a wig that you can definitely reinstall and wear multiple times. I never order Amazon wigs but i took a chance & I’m happy I did. I was actually surprised by how amazing this hair is.I’m going to order the 30 inch next.

I’m not sure if it was really a 34” but it’s still long, knots bleach great and the texture is nice and it’s not too thin, I’ve had it in about 4 days… I did try to curl it the second night and my curls fell fast but maybe it’s because I curled and let flexy rods sit for only a hour, I will try again over night but so far 9.4/10

the only thing I’m disappointed in is after I received the hair and did my tic tok review on it the video exploded almost at 3000 views 50 saves asking me about the product and that was a week ago it’s still doing numbers , I’m disappointed because a soon as I did that the hair went on sale for 38$ and I spent 135 plus tax $ .. kinda a slap in my face 🤦🏾♀️ I wanted to take the video down but I believe it’s hard times for people and if I can help someone else save and get great product I’ll keep it up , other than that shipping was really fast I received in 3 days after I ordered , I looked so beautiful on my birthday, the hair is soft , can be bleached , sheds alittle not alot , I’m reaching out to the business owner if you’d like to work with me🤭🙏🏽, I also made an uploaded version of me getting the wig installed both are doing numbers , I gave 4 stars only because of the price difference I had to pay

I ordered the 26 inch 13×4 lace front wig for my birthday. I can honestly say this has been one of the best straight lace front wigs that I’ve purchased on Amazon in a WHILE! The luster was very shiny, the fullness of the wig maintained through from root to tip (no thinning towards the ends). This is TRANSPARENT LACE so I do wish this company made HD lace (smaller knots), but it still blended so well! Will be purchasing from you guys again! Thanks!
