There is nothing like this out there. Well made. No cheap plastic. Best for distributing the oils in my hair. 2nd one I’ve bought as my dog found my first. Guess she liked the wood also🤣
Spelling and fact-checking are important –
Tek makes the most amazing brushes and I’m so glad I took the chance and splurged on one. I’ve never owned a nicer (or more expensive) brush. It’s worth the price. My hair is very long and it does a great job getting through and detangling without causing damage.
Some of the reviews claim the brush is broken because it is “missing a pin” 😂… Ummmmm…. That hole is there on purpose and you’ll find one on every well-made brush… It’s there for air circulation. It even says so in the Amazon product description…. People, read the description when buying something….

I replaced all my plastic paddle brushes with this because they’re gentler on your hair and they distribute your natural oils better. I have noticed that there’s less hair fall out on the brushes with these.

This is brush is nice. It doesn’t make my hair static-y when I brush it. Also, it’s fairly durable. I have long hair that gets knotted up fairly often and I use this to detangle it. So far, no bristles have broken off yet.
Also, to address the other comments saying it’s missing a bristle, it’s not. The description says it all if people would just read it. The “missing bristle” that people are taking about is purposeful my there so that air can circulate underneath and dry out the rubber. Without it, it would trap moisture and ruin the wooden brush.

Great for your scalp. keep the hair oil in control due to using wood bristle pin that help a lot without breaking the hair. Light weight and easy to travel on your carry-on luggage. I like it so much that I purchase a second one.

Customer service with Tek is a far cry from “service”. When asked question and sent photos their reply was to assume and blame me for all kinds of thing. When I explained that I had followed their care instructions and none of the things they assumed or blamed me for applied they simply said “it’s been to long you won’t get a replacement”. I had not at this point asked for a replacement. I just wanted questions answered as to why the rubber was collapsing. I still don’t have an answer and they are none responsive.
Product quality is not great as the rubber failed even when following their car instructions.
Customer service is none existent.

J’adore ce peigne en bambou, je l’utilise depuis plus d’un an et il est toujours en très bon état. La qualité et le matériau sont excellents, et contrairement aux peignes en plastique traditionnels, il ne nuit pas aux cheveux. Je recommande vivement ce produit ainsi que la marque.

This brush is a total game changer! I have used wooden brushes for years but they always pull and break my long hair. This brush glides through my tangles and does not pull and break my hair like all the other brushes do.
I saw in the comments that people were upset that it is missing a pin but there is a little book that was in the box that says that it’s designed that way (probably to allow water to drain out if it gets stuck underneath). Please don’t think that it’s poorly made for this reason because it’s very good quality!
