I tried this product to attempt to repair a bad coloring job at a “professional” salon. I have 4c coily hair that has been keratin treated before in addition to multiple color processing. My hair was losing its curl pattern, having various ones, but this product revived it. After using this product once, my curls came back and had more definition than before. It felt like it strengthened my hair making it feel less brittle like how I left the salon.
The product consistency is thick like a deep conditioner but not as fluffy/airy. This conditioner definitely has more weight applied. It has a fruity floral smell that is hard to pinpoint exactly what it is (maybe tropical?).
Besides this being on the pricer side, the biggest drawback is the pump, which didn’t work. I had to squeeze the product out of the bottle since I could not get the pump to work. For this being a more premium product, I would expect a fully functional pump so I had to take off a star.

This is a really nice moisturizing conditioner and it does a good job of detangling and hydrating my 3C-4A hair. It has a good thickness to coat the hair, almost like a hair mask. It has a good amount of slip for my detangling comb to go through with ease. It also smells wonderful. The scent isn’t overwhelming.
After rinsing, my hair felt soft and hydrated. I will have to use the conditioner sparingly, as it is too expensive to use often. I will add it to the current rotation of other conditioners I use.

This conditioner smells very nice. It’s not floral and not fruity – hard to describe. I applied to wet hair and finished my shower and then rinsed it out. I was able to comb through it wet, which is typically difficult and painful with my thin and frizzing hair. I let my hair air dry and it felt soft. I noticed a surprise benefit with this conditioner that I didn’t even know could be corrected. I am a wig wearer and typically on the day I wash and condition my hair, my wig is very slippery on my head and my wig cap slides around. I know this is a thing so I try to not wash my hair on a day when I cannot risk my wig sliding around. Well, the day I conditioned my bio hair using this product, my wig did not slide at all! I was completely shocked. So, perhaps my other hair shampoo/conditioner had a waxy element that this product does not have. I’m very pleased and will keep using this conditioner. Made in the USA.

Conditioner is nice and thick and really coats hairs. Left my hair shiny and easy to brush through with few tangles. Has a light fragrance

This container is huge! It is type you set on the floor of the shower stall because it’s just a beast. And, I mean this in all of the best ways! You are not going to need conditioner for months after you buy this! Wow!
The pump dispenser works well and allows for a good amount of conditioner with each pump. That’s ideal!
The scent is incredible! The best word I can use to describe is “happy” or maybe “joyful.”
And this distributes through hair so effortlessly and rinses so easily. I could literally feel how much silkier and softer my hair had become just when I was rinsing this!
I let my hair air-dry and them brushed it. I mean beautiful! Soft, defined, so pretty!
I am totally impressed with this conditioner! I will be buying more from this outstanding line!

This is a very expensive conditioner. It does a good job, but not an excellent job of moisturizing. It smells chemically. I generally prefer more botanically scented hair products. Overall, I would probably pass on this.
