I really wanted to like this and thought it would be a great way for you to spend time oiling through my curly hair when it’s feeling a little bit dryer during the summer months. But the dispenser that holds the hair oil doesn’t stay deep enough into the wand for it to be dispensed properly. You get more oil by applying it to your scalp and using the massager afterward than you do with the two in one motion. The massage does feel nice and I think red lights of any kind are good but it seemed like going through the settings of the lights didn’t have a major effect. After using this for a few days I got fed up with how messy my hands were getting while using it and gave it to my sister who has a much dryer scalp than mine and she likes the massage but said the same thing I did the oil applicator not sitting deep enough in the wand to be useful.

You know how great it feels when you get your hair done and the person washing your hair massages your scalp? Well…this is 10 times better. It is relaxing and stimulating. In addition to the massage there is red light therapy which is supposed to promote hair growth and who doesn’t want better hair growth.
There also is a small tank in the middle where you can insert any type of liquid hair growth serum which is then massaged into the scalp. The instructions say it will operate for four hours but I have not found that to be true. The most I get out of it is 20 minutes. It shuts down automatically after 10 minutes but I have not yet been able to get it to reboot more than once….so just 20 minutes. However – once it is plugged in it charges very quickly. It is lightweight and with a nice wide handle is easy to grip.
