I bought this directly from Beachwaver, not Amazon. I was super disappointed to find that no matter what I do there is a dented line at the top of each section I crimped. I tried everything – different angles, holding the hair in a U-shape to try to prevent contact with the edge. The way it is designed, the edge that curves down around the barrel is makes a sharp corner that is impossible to avoid. I tried reaching out to Beachwaver to see if I could have any options for a refund or exchange for a different product and their customer service phone number has been DISCONNECTED. When trying to start a return online I got to a screen that said my product was not eligible for return (because it was purchased on sale). This company feels very SCAMMY to me. I would not trust them.

This is for my granddaughter, so what can I say? This is one of the things that she asked for Christmas so I am not a grandfather that will disappoint her! It is EXACTLY the hair curler that she asked for, it arrived quickly with more than enough time for Christmas, and the price was right! After I see her curls and how she used it, I may update this review, but for now, It is perfect!
