The rotating barrel has a slight wobble Which tends to pull hair. Attemped to obtain a refund and return shipping label. The only response from the seller was to ask for a video of the product for which I complied however Amazon would not allow the video to be sent. I again asked for a refund and a return shipping label and and also reported the problem to Amazon and the only response was from Amazon which stated they are looking into it.

This product reminds me of the In-Styler from back in the day; it works the same too. The product’s design is fairly good, a little plastic-y, but it works. There is a technique booklet that provides different ways to use the product to achieve different styles. I really like the volume it adds to my roots and it styles without causing frizz. This is a perfect tool to touch my hair up and add quick volume before I leave the house. The price is a little high.

This curling iron doesn’t work. The barrel is not smooth so it gets stuck in your hair.
I paid $60 for this. There is NO REFUND!!!! There excuse is it was shipped from CHINA and it would be too expensive. I’m very disappointed at Amazon to have this company sell anything!!!!

This 2 in 1 Rotating Curling Iron Fast Heat PTC Hair Straightener and Curler feels cheap in your hand. The unit works as advertised it heats up and the barrel spins but the brush part does not connect with my hair. It is more like a spinning curling iron. I had a hard time keeping my hair from getting caught in the spin mechanism. It may work better for others but I just could not get it to work for me.
