Strawberry Wrong –
This is a great form of activated charcoal for a variety of applications. It is extremely fine, with a very high surface area. I use it in the lab to clean up many different solutions in prior to filtration. It absorbs a lot of impurities and acts as a filtration aid. My favorite use of it, however, is in my cat’s litter boxes, in conjuction with baking soda. It is absolutely amazing at eliminating odor. I add about 1/4 cup of the charcoal powder to each litter box, and then a bit more each time I add more litter. It turns the litter dark gray and extends the life of the litter dramatically. My cats love the stuff. I have much less problem now with them ‘not burying’ their feces at times.

Google-Recherchen ergaben, dass die netten Siegel auf dem Produkt keinerlei Bio-Standards enstprechen. Ebenso habe ich die Firma gegoogelt & auf ihrer Firmenseite steht ebenso nichts von einer biologischen Herstellung. Daher ist dieses Produkt nicht für meine Zwecke geeignet. Der Artikeltitel sollte angepasst werden, da er sonst irreführend ist! Zwei Sterne für Verpackung des Artikels, den Artikel selbst konnte ich nicht testen, da ich ihn zurückschicken werde.

Good product, but the price from the end of February £11.99 to now 37.59. The price in February was the regular price without promotion. Price increased by 200% . Is a shameful rip off is usury.

The quality is excellent. It is very fine, be careful opening and pouring. I put some in a little herb bottle for toothpaste. Add baking soda or use another herb bottle for baking soda and its excellent together. I use it with bentonite clay, and apple cider vinegar for a face mask. Or if you have any skin problem you can use that mixture to draw out the toxins and it will help heal quickly. A little goes a long way. It arrived quickly, bag is sturdy with zipper seal. No complaints.

Very fine so easy to mix with other things.A little goes a long way if you are using it for colouring. I used one heaped teaspoon to turn 1KG of plaster of paris mixed with 750g of rosin black.

I initially bought this for my medicine cabinet. It’s useful for certain poisons (I am not a doctor), water filtration, and detox. So far I have used it just for detox, but I can honestly say it really will clean you out. If you want it around in an easier-to-take form, you can purchase gelatin capsules and fill them with the charcoal. A few important things to note: 1) If you are using it as a cleanse, I can’t stress enough that you need to drink plenty of water. Drink it both of before and after you take the charcoal. I would suggest around 3/4 of a gallon for a normal-sized adult (I am not a doctor). If you don’t drink enough water it will bind you up, 2) It’s messy. You can expect to get at least somewhere you didn’t want it. It cleans up easily, and 3) It has some grit. I hate grit, but the level of grit in this charcoal is not bad at all. Since you’re drinking lots of water, it should be gone quickly (I have not tried leaving it in the water for a while to see if it dissolves. And that’s my two cents (okay, maybe three) worth.

Just not sure it whitens and brightens as much as I had hoped.
