I have always had these tiny bumps on the outside of my thighs and I asked my dermatologist about what I could do about them. He immediately recommended Cereve SA Body Wash for Rough and Bumpy Skin and 12% Amlactin lotion. Not only did my little bumps go away, but several people started commenting on hope incredible soft my skin is.
A little goes a long way. The pump never fails me. I dry off after the shower and immediately apply and then wait a little bit before I put clothes on.
One con: it does not smell good. However, it absorbs quickly and the scent goes away. When I sweat later in the day, I never notice any sliminess or stickiness. I do not apply this beyond my neck.

I’ve had extremely dry skin since I was a child. My dermatologist recommended this lotion and I gave it a try. It works really well! Yes, smells a bit funny at first, but that’s expected with a fragrance free product. The smell quickly dissipates.
After using this for about a week I no longer had flaky peeling skin!
This did cause a bit of irritation (bumps, itchiness) for me when I spent extended time in the sun, so I learned I need to be diligent to wear sunscreen when I’ll be out in the sun for longer than 15 minutes. I read somewhere online that this reaction has to do with this lotion being an exfoliator.
I’ve already reordered it. The true test will be how my skin does with this over the winter months.

I’ve been using Sandoz Amlactin Daily Moisturizing Body Lotion for a while now, and I must say it has been a game-changer for my skin.
This lotion lives up to its promise of providing daily moisturization. It’s incredibly hydrating, and I noticed a significant improvement in the texture of my skin. It’s especially effective for dry and rough patches.
One of the standout features of this lotion is its exfoliating properties. The inclusion of lactic acid helps to gently slough off dead skin cells, leaving my skin feeling smoother and more radiant. However, if you have sensitive skin, it’s important to be cautious and perhaps do a patch test before using it on a larger area, as lactic acid can be a bit strong for some.
The lotion absorbs well into the skin, and it doesn’t leave a greasy residue. I can apply it in the morning and not worry about feeling sticky throughout the day.
While the lotion is effective, I wish it had a more pleasant scent. It has a somewhat medicinal odor that might not be to everyone’s liking. However, the scent dissipates fairly quickly, so it’s not a deal-breaker for me.
Sandoz Amlactin Daily Moisturizing Body Lotion is a fantastic choice for anyone seeking intense hydration and the added bonus of exfoliation. It has done wonders for my skin’s texture, making it feel soft and smooth. The only minor downside is the fragrance, but the results definitely outweigh that. I highly recommend it to those in need of an effective daily moisturizing lotion.

This product works well for getting rid of bumpy skin, dryness, and smoothing the skin. It’s good quality in terms that it is not sticky or very oily. The absorption works fast. However, one bad thing about this product is that once it starts setting into the skin, it starts having a smell similar to hair bleach. I’ve noticed a great way to combat this smell is to use a lotion or other product that has a stronger smell that you enjoy. Otherwise this product works great for it’s intended purpose.

As a lifelong member of team dry skin, I am so thankful to have found this moisturizer. I’ve used tons of products, with a handful being decent. However, I will now always use AmLactin. This helps with rough & dry skin, just as it states, but the extent to which it moisturizes and makes your skin feel silky smooth is amazing. It is also helpful for KP. Gentle enough for children’s skin, but effective enough to make a real difference. Within a week, I was wondering if my skin had EVER felt so nice. My daughter’s (very stubborn) KP has significantly improved texture and appearance overall, with once a day application.
Please note: if you’re looking for a product that smells amazing, you should see the perfume isle of your local beauty store. If you’re looking for a product that feels amazing, I recommend a nice new teddy or throw blanket. This is a moisturizer and it does a fantastic job as such. Yes, it is a bit thick/sticky upon application. It doesn’t last long, and I’m confident that is necessary for it to work the way it does. Once absorbed, there is no weird lingering feel.

I don’t write reviews often, only when I come across something exceptional. This body lotion WORKS!!! I hv only had it 4 days using it twice daily. I can’t believe it has already made a difference but it has! My skin not only feels so soft but appearance wise it is smoother already. This stuff does smell awful. It takes very little so the smell does dissipate some but you get nice smelling or you get soft skin! The fact that it is so inexpensive is also a game changer. I will definitely buy again. Use this one night and the next night you good smelling stuff.

This cream has been extremely moisturizing & I’ve definitely noticed a difference on the dark spots on my legs. As other comments mention scent is strong at first but I appreciate the fact there’s no added scents in there so it doesn’t bother me at all. Will definitely be buying again

I got this to help with my strawberry legs. They get so dry and when I apply this right out of the shower my legs absorb all of the moisture! It stings a little and smells like oatmeal, but it’s incredibly high quality. If the texture is incorrect just shake it. It does not leave a white cast on the leg like other brands.

Using this daily, I use it for in the evening as it does have a little bit of a smell, but not so much where you would avoid doing it because the results are amazing if you have those white bumpy spots on your legs from the summer from dryness with a good exfoliation with a acid in the shower then using this after you can start your regimen slowly, exfoliating exfoliating away and your legs become smoother, but you need to be consistent

This works very well to moisturize your skin but as other reviews say, the smell is not great. I don’t understand why they can’t tweak that just a bit, so I only use it at night before bed.
