This LI VING CANDOR Microneedle Derma Roller caught my attention because I am looking for simple things I can do to stimulate hair growth for thicker hair. I was starting to try some hair oils, hair masks, and stimulating shampoos, but this seemed like another easy thing to do that had at least some reputation for helping with hair growth. The only real concern I had is that I hate needles and this contained 540 of them, but since they are so small I didn’t have the same repulsion towards this as I do with medical procedures that involve real needles. I figured it would be worth a try.
I first washed and dried the roller and before the first use I sanitized with alcohol. I used this on my scalp. Now the good news is that the needles weren’t a big problem for me. I rolled it gently across and went from different directions. I cannot report what others mention about it being pleasant. For me it didn’t feel good, but it wasn’t terrible either. A feeling I would happily put up with if it did help with hair growth, but not something I’d ever do for pleasure.
The plastic case it comes with was perfect for sanitizing. I filled the small well with alcohol and spun the roller to get the entire thing fully wet with alcohol, then set it upside down on the counter to dry. So far I have used this a few times and am unsure if it is something I will do long term or not. I have been using a combination of techniques now for about a month so it is too early to tell how much effect it is all having, but I am going to continue with these and the derma roller for at least a few months to see if I notice a big difference.
Overall, I think this is absolutely worth a shot. I hate needles generally and I can live with this. It is important to keep this clean and sterile, but is otherwise a very simple device and technique that may stimulate hair growth. At this price point it is a very good value and definitely worth a try.

This derma roller is really gentle on the skin. It has nice storage , cute lookin gold handle. I personally start to use it against wrinkles. I use it only couple day but It feels already more plump and smooth with each use. I guess consistency is a key. It came in the sealed packaging. This is my first roller and I like it so far
