Great value for the price! I was looking for a new serum as the one I was using before was much more expensive. This one is fragrance free and goes on silky smooth. It has a nice plumping effect on the skin and is very moisturizing. It’s feels a bit sticky on the skin initially but dries down completely and absorbs in nicely. I use it day and night on my face, neck and chest. I bought the smallest size initially to make sure I’d like it but will be buying the larger bottle next time. The pump on the bottle is great to ensure you dispense only what you want to use as to not waste any.

Llevo ya más de un año usando este producto y no podría ya vivir sin el, se siente maravillosamente en la cara, dejando una textura super fresca y agradable, nada como las cremas.
Es más bien un gel, al ponerlo es muy fresco y se absorbe y se seca muy rápidamente dejando la piel muy tersa, incluso cuando la he tenido súper reseca por usar retinol. Tampoco se siente mal usándolo en la playa con mucho calor y humedad.
El dispensador da una cantidad perfecta de producto y dura varios meses cada botellita.
Además la botella no es de plástico, sino de vidrio, y se ve muy elegante, si eso es algo que les importa.

I’m obsessed with the way this serum makes my face feel. Smooth as a baby’s bottom. I’ve noticed brighter skin as well. Very little ingredients, straight to the point. Love that.
My ONLY complaint is that I wish there was SPF in it, but I don’t think that’s possible in a gel formula…? I am not sure. So I’ll have to buy a separate face SPF, but honestly I’m not even upset about it because this formula feels so amazing that I’m okay with having to buy another product instead of having a 2 in 1 moisturizer. You can’t win them all

This is a great addition to your skincare routine. I haven’t bought many Vichy products in the past because it’s a bit pricey, but as I get older, I really want higher quality skin care products.
I bought this serum on sale during Prime days and I have been loving it! There is no scent to it which is great if you are sensitive to scented products. It goes on smooth, doesn’t break me out, and my skin feels nourished after using it. A little drop goes a long way. It’s a good amount of product for the price. I definitely recommend this product and will likely be trying more Vichy products in the future.

This is absolutely my favorite HA serum. I love, love, love it and repurchade it before I run out so I always have it on hand. It absorbs quickly, is not tacky or sticky and does not pill under makeup. My skin drinks this in. It may appear pricier than others but the larger size lasts at least 2 months so it is comparable to the others, in price, if you look at the price per ounce. There is no scent and it makes my skin feel velvety smooth. It is simply a lovely product.

I am updating my review – I’ve been using Vichy Mineral 89 for months now and with great results. I’ll order this again and again.
I love Vichy products and Vichy is becoming a Go-To facial product line. This line just works well for my senstive aging skin—no breakouts, no itching or irritation. A solid brand that I trust. The price isn’t out of line for these products either and worth every penny—as well, with all of their products, a little goes a long way.
Vichy Mineral 89 Booster Serum is meant to be used in combination with your other daily skin care, including a moisturizer. After you cleanse your face, apply a small pea-sized amount (about one pump) to your skin—you may need a little more but really a little does go a long way. Gently massage the Booster Serum into your face, throat, and chest if you like—though if you do all three you may need a little more serum (I do all three and if any is left on my fingers I massage that into my hands).
I like to wait a moment to let the serum soak in before I apply my moisturizer. Remember that the Booster Serum is just the first ‘layer’ to add to your skin—you are preparing your skin for the moisturizer and anything else you may apply to your face. This Vichy serum with hyaluronic acid pulls moisture to your skin and prepares your skin for your next step. If you use it alone, that’s fine, but it may feel a tiny bit drying to you and you won’t receive the best benefit from it—that said, I’ve used it alone here and there just to see how my face reacts and it always leaves me feeling refreshed.
Once your serum sinks in, apply the moisturizer of your choice. I like Vichy LiftActiv Supreme (very emollient!) but use whatever moisturizer you like. There are some studies that indicate using the same product/brand line for all of your facial products is best, but I am not completely convinced of this—but, since I love Vichy products and repurchase when I am out of them, that’s no problem for me.
There is a generous amount in these bottles, and since I recently received a set of two, I’m super happy!
The clear bottle shows the clear gel inside. I like that the bottle is glass—so many times I order an expensive product and it comes in a cheap plastic bottle! Love the glass.
While I may not know exactly what this product is doing at a cellular level, and while I may not see all these super dramatic results right away, I do know that my skin looks better when I routinely and continuously use this serum with the moisturizer. The first bottle I tried, after about 6 weeks, a friend said my skin glowed and what did I do? Vichy!
As well, when I properly prepare my face by using a serum and moisturizer, my makeup goes on much more smoothly and looks so much more polished and natural.
I highly recommend and Vichy deserves my five stars.
