I thought I had checked the ingredients to make sure they’re non-comedogenic, but apparently didn’t. My skin erupted into 4 new cysts after trying this for a few days. And the acne was in areas I don’t usually break out, so this is definitely not a purge. This product contains cetyl alcohol, Butyrospermum, peg-75, and Parkii Shea Butter that are all known to cause acne. So although I’m glad this worked for some people, please be careful if you’re very acne-prone like myself.

I’ve been dealing with acne on my face, so I decided to give this acne spot treatment cream a try. Applying it is super easy, and I appreciate that the formula is really mild, it doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin at all. It’s made with salicylic acid, tea tree oil, niacinamide, and other natural active ingredients, which is nice because I prefer sticking to more natural products. I apply it on the affected areas before bed. It’s not too greasy, which I like, and it absorbs quickly, so I don’t have to worry about it rubbing off on my pillow.
