I purchased this late July and started using it a week ago. It is almost empty and doesn’t even look like the product I have been using for a couple of years. I have encountered this same issue with the eye cream. I love this line of products but becoming hesitant about ordering it online as your vendors are obviously using part of the product before selling it to the consumer.

I was searching for an eye cream that was good for both upper lids and under eye. I also wanted a dispenser vs. a tube, and this one met those qualifications. For a long time I used another brand until they discontinued the pump dispenser. So far, I like this one even better, as it seems to be more moisturizing and brightening. It helps reduce the appearance of wrinkles and accepts foundation well.
UPDATE: After using two bottles, I still like the actual product. My complaint is with the packaging. The pump (s) on both stop working with about a quarter of the cream left. The top does not unscrew, so must be pried off. The remainder of the product must be extracted with a swab, etc. Also, the paint flakes off the bottle, leaving black flecks on my hands, which get transferred to my face and are quite difficult to remove.

Been using this eye cream for many years. It is non oily/greasy. What I don’t like is the dark colored bottle which doesn’t let you know how much is left in the bottle. Usually at the end there is cream on the bottom which I use a toothpick to extract.

I/m an AA male and suffer from dark circles and puffiness… ALWAYS have. I’ve tried mid to high-end eye creams (Kiehls to Clarins/Chanel). Never thought drug store / mass market stores (WalMart, Target) would have quality products for an area as sensitive as the eye. I wasn’t sure what to expect with L’Oréal Paris Age Perfect Cell Renewal Anti-Aging Eye Cream because eye creams, for me, have a tendency to clump, not absorb (just sit on the skin), dry out the area, or migrate into the eye and irritate my eyes to the extent of making me look like I’m always crying (lol). I couldn’t ignore the fact the the reviews for this product were overwhelmingly positive… so I had to investigate and decided to give it a try. Turns out, L’Oréal Paris Age Perfect Cell Renewal Anti-Aging Eye Cream, works incredibly well. It doesn’t migrate / irritate the eyes. Here’s what works ‘BEST for me’… 1) I use a 1/2 pump to a full pump = the size of a grain of rice to a small pea… 2) Tap product onto orbital bone area under eye and above eye, just under the eyebrow 3) leave the cream to sit there (DON’T TOUCH! DON’T PRESS IT IN… NOTHING), and I let my body determine HOW much it needs/ wants to drink in. Its fascinating really. do not touch it for several minutes – TRUST ME. 4) continue with whatever your routine is to get ready (brush teeth, floss, tone, hair things, lotion up… whatever). 5) After 3-5 minutes, look at your eyes and you will see most of it has actually absorbed into the eye area. Your skin takes in what it wants. 6) What remains is extra moisturizing… so tap or gently swipe it in (VERY little pressure) and …. BOOM! ur eyes are moisturized ALL DAY and puffiness is slightly reduced (I hope this improves w/ continued usage). So far, I’m VERY pleased… who knew such a tiny bottle would pack such a wallop?!?!? SOLD!!!!

I am amazed at how good and inexpensive (not quite). I have bought this 3 x’s. The amount is maybe 1/16th of the bottle size. The 1st one, I was using too much. A tiny drop will go a long way. I am now on my 3rd bottle and I will be very careful of the amount I use. This eye cream INSTANTLY reduces dark circles and does a great job with fine lines. I would highly recommend but you only need to use a tad. These don’t last me 2 mos.

This is my favorite eye cream! I love the way my eyes feel after using. I have been using for quite awhile and feel like my fine lines are less visible. The cream is the perfect thickness, doesn’t have a lot of scent. I love this!!

The product itself is fine — but my first bottle refused to pump, so unusable. Returned it and it was replaced. Didn’t start using immediately as I had another product to finish, and I’ve only used it a half dozen times in the month I’ve had it. Now it’s either already empty, or it’s a pump-failure again. I will forcefully remove the top and see if there’s even anything else in there (read a previous review where the customer did that and found it was barely filled) So . . . 🙁

My eyes are sensitive and it was a continuous search for a eye cream that did not make my eyes tear,I could wear my contacts with and actually does the job..well this is it it hydrated the delicate eye area without irritation,I use it on my eyelids also at night and it really does keep dark circles ,puffiness and eye wrinkles at bay..this is my second bottle and I will continue to use it..I am a product junkie and I do like some pricey skincare..if you want to save some money and get great results try this and stick with it..I love this eye cream!
