I can finally oil pull. The taste and feel of this is so much more tolerable to oil pull. The regular coconut oil in a tub made me gag after the first minute. This was worth the money to be able to oil pull for the time recommended.

There’s a big up rising when it comes to people using castor oil for inflammation and skin and all that. I bought this for my mom to mix with cayenne pepper for inflammation, we’re still waiting to see the results for that it’s been a few days. I plan on using it to mix with frankincense oil as a face oil and under eye oil. I used it straight on my face the other night to just moisturize my skin and see how it felt. It did not break me out. It did not cause any itching or discomfort. The only thing that’s weird about it because it is a oil I thought when I put it on my face that it was going to be slick, you know like oil. It’s very thick so I think sometimes it needs to be mixed with a carrier oil in order for it to be more lake slick for the face, I think it’s just like a texture you got to get used to
