Love this product! Been using Marlowe for over a year now. Amazing scent and texture for exfoliating. At first it is a bit tough, but you can fix that by scrubbing it on a wash cloth for the first week. Definitely my favorite soap

Didn’t love the idea of liquid body wash and dirty hand towels. That started my search for a good bar soap. Tried the “standard” store brands and they either dried out my skin, lasted abnormally short, or had a very strong perfumed smell. Tried these bars about 2 years ago and haven’t shifted. Made from great ingredients, with a mild scent. It has exfoliating “beads” in it which can be a bit abrasive but feel amazing. These bars last easily over 6 weeks for me. Can’t find a better bar for this price point

My Son will now use nothing else to cleanse his body since I purchased this bar of MARLOWE Soap. He has dry skin & I’ve tried multiple body soaps & bar soaps to help with the dryness. I found this for men & gave it a try. I’m so glad I did. It’s a great size at 7 ounces. The perfect size for a man’s hand. He’s 15yo but has a man’s hand 🙂 He loved it so much I had to give it a try even though I love my Dove. It’s wonderful & I see why he loves it so much. The pumice substance is great. It’s made of quality ingredients which makes it so awesome. Glycerin being one of them. Glycerin is great for the skin because it acts as a humectant, which is a substance that allows the skin to retain moisture. It can increase skin hydration, relieve dryness, and refresh the skin’s surface. It’s also an emollient, which means it can soften skin. That’s the best part of this soap. It leaves the skin moisturized & soft. My Son also has sensitive skin & this is very soothing. The scent is subtle. It’s a quality soap & well worth the cost. I have it on my subscribe & save list so I save a little & order at my convenience which is nice. I don’t think the man in your life will be disappointed! I’ll continue to order again & again even though a 7 ounce bar will last some time. I highly recommend this soap. One more thing I love how this company donates 1 bar of soap for every bar sold. Now that’s awesome!!

I had purchased a similar soap from Dr. Squatch and even though the scent was pleasant, the soap itself only lasted a little under 3 weeks. I was not about to pay extra for a soap that just melts away. My wife thought I still wanted a scrub soap and thought I had purchased it on Amazon so she purchased the “Marlowe – Warn Santal” thinking that it was the same one; best mistake ever. This is the best scrub soap I have ever used. I love the feel of my skin after a shower, how long it lasts and both of us love the scent. You will come to love this soap as well.

It’s worth noting for those with sensitive noses or skin, the fragrance is derived from ‘parfum’ and it includes compounds like benzyl alcohol and lilial, so do patch tests if you’re prone to sensitivities. Seriously. This soap is much better than Squatch and last much longer. The Squatch bars I’ve used tend to dissolve quickly and break into pieces toward the end. Marlowe is great. Last a long time, the grit level is perfect, and it smells nice. All that and it stays intact until the last use. Will definitely be buying this over Dr Squatch going forward.
