Smells amazing! I was a little worried about the pumpkin spice part since I don’t want to smell like a scented candle. but I think this smells more like chai, like a complex, peppery cinnamon/clove mix. I actually really like it. It is pretty intense at first so I only use a little bit on my arms. The smell lasts a long time and mellows out to something really nice.
As for the lotion itself, I always find Hempz lotions a little underwhelming for my dry skin. It is moisturizing and soaks in quickly, but just doesn’t seem very rich.
Would buy again just for the awesome scent.

This pumpkin spice lotion from HEMPZ is quite lovely and did come separated. You Need to shake the bottle vigorously to mix it back together before using or you’ll just get a dunk of fragrance instead of actual lotion.
That being said, the smell is lovely. If you’ve ever smelled those cinnamon pumpkin candles or a specific American craft store, this is that same scent bottled into a lotion. It’s non-greasy and absorbs quickly into the skin and the scent lasts a long time. I think this is perfect for fall and it is a pleasant lotion to use. 🙂

If you’re a fan of pumpkin spice then you’re going to love this! I would watch how much you put on though just in case, especially in a public setting. The scent is unmistakably pumpkin spice. Absorbs nicely into the skin and doesn’t have that greasy feeling. You’ll feel moisturized for hours, a nice sign of quality.

This lotion is heavily scented with pumpkin spice fragrance, and it stays pretty strong after you’ve applied it. I decided to use it on only one leg due to its strength and it was pretty noticeable to me about 30 minutes later, although I think people usually stop noticing a smell if they are around it for long. Luckily my husband said he liked it. He described it as being like “fall potpourri.” I notice a lot of people who walk by and leave a cloud of fragrance behind, so maybe others will like the strong fragrance, but I know that can bother people, so I try to avoid products that are too strong. As for moisturizing, I feel like it does a good job with that, and I would be open to trying a different or unscented product from Hempz. I will use this, but at night or on days when I don’t expect to go out, for fear of it being too obnoxious to those around me.

Lotion glides smoothly and absorbs fast leaving smooth moisturized skin.
The scent is amazing and delicious, just in time for fall but one thing to note is that the scent is pretty strong so anyone with a sensitive sense of smell can maybe mix it with unscented lotion to tone it down a little bit.

I love the fragrance. Very warm, spicy, well-like fragrance. Most Hempz lotions have a pronounced fragrance when you first put them on, but then the smell dissipates.
I find that the fragrance in this one lingers a bit longer. For me that’s a positive, but your mileage may vary.
