if you’re looking for a really sharp, really invasive roller, this is a great one! That being said, it was too sharp, and the pens were too long for me. I have a very high pain tolerance level and thick skin, and this was too much. I’m returning it and getting the .5 version.

I’ve been microneedling my facial skin for several years. The results have been good if used 2x per week. I recently learned there are different lengths of needles. I bought this one because the needles are longer, meaning they penetrate the top layer of skin deeper. The results were much better, even after two sessions. Yes, there’s some pain involved, but the results are worth it.

The device is well made… No complaints there. The roller is narrow making it difficult to keep it flat on the skin when rolling your head. My real issue is that it hurts…a lot. I have a pretty high pain threshold, but I couldn’t take it at anything more than light pressure. It felt something like slicing your head with a razor. Consider yourself forewarned.

I like that this is easy to use and it comes with a case to keep it clean. I clean it with alcohol and I can press down easy or press harder. I hope it will work.
