The pump will not go back to the up position over a very SHORT period of time. Ours lasted for about 3 days then started getting stuck all the time. Good idea, crappy bottle design. I will not buy these again even though I am a person who likes GLASS bottles. It’s always the cheap-ass plastic that fails and ruins a good thing. We had to remove these because no one would use it after a while. waste of money. I guess I will go out and buy a plastic foaming soap bottle to replace the glass. Problem with that is this is a business. People tend to think that if the item is plastic it isn’t re-usable and throw them away. I keep buying refills but then have no bottles to put the soap in. I thought buying a glass soap container would stop the waste, but ended up being a waste, at least until I find a good option for the rest of the foam balls. I would NOT RECOMMEND anyone to buy these until they fix the problem.

I love all of the scents in this, they are subtle and not overpowering.
I used Turtyl soap at first, and I prefer the smells and soap of Foamin over Turtyl, so when I run out I will get refills of foamin, the variety of all the scents.

The concept and execution is awesome. Saves so much space and I always have soap on hand for an easy refill. The canister to hold the soap in is nice. It lathers well and washes off easily. This doesn’t dry my hands out, either. My hands feel clean afterwards and not tacky.

I bought the set with two glass bottles. The glass bottles are really nice and sturdy, but the plastic doesn’t seem to hold up. My pump doesn’t pop up on its own anymore, you have to pull it back up. It’s been through – I want to say 4 or 5 refills so far? A few months of use. My husband’s is fine, but he uses his less (I’m a stay at home mom, so I wash my hands 10+ times a day with it).

4½ stars because one of the bottles didn’t hold up to use.

I will definitely buy these refills again.

I really wanted to like these. The scents are nice and I like the concept of re-using the dispenser.

But, I’ve only found one or two brands of these kinds of tablets that are even worth the price (can use one tablet and get enough foam to wash.

With one tablet of this brand (Foamin), one pump of the foam is not enough to adequately wash hands. It’s watery and ineffective. Even two or three pumps aren’t enough. So, I did an experiment (failed) and put two tablets in with *slightly less* water. As you can see, it is mostly foam and bubbled over a lot. with the lid on it was as if I had shaken a can of soda and it exploded. And, still, the foam was insignificant and not enough to adequately wash hands.

With a few other brands, I’ve had to try two tablets that minimally improved their effectiveness.

I bought this because it was a better value than its competitors. After reading the instructions, I thought 15-20 mins was a lot for dissolve time, but I used hot water and it only took a few—less than 5.

The soap works, but doesn’t coat hands like Bath & Body Works does. If that’s the lather you’re looking for, you won’t get it with this.
The scent is nice. It’s not overpowering and doesn’t last long. My hands are a little bit more dry than with other brands, but that’s nothing some lotion won’t fix. Also, the packaging is recyclable/compostable, which I like.

I love that I can do better for the planet (instead of plastic waste from every soap bottle) without breaking the bank. These foam up well.

I tested several soap tablet refills. I like the idea of less plastic waste from refill bottles and the idea of hauling pounds of soap refill. I liked the floral scent of the tablet but after pumping the foam soap, the fragrance is very light. This would be great for someone wanting a lighter, more subtle fragrance. This was the one tablet that created a light pink color. I dropped the tablet into 8 oz of 110 F water and it took more than 60 minutes to dissolve. The soap had a nice texture thought not as fluffy as others, but it did a decent job cleaning. It took 4 pumps of soap to clean liquid makeup from my hands. I think this one had a more soothing, moisturizing feel than some of the others I tried. Overall, it was nice but not our favorite.

Convenient to store and to refill my bottles, foaming works great with Blueland bottles

I was buying blue land for the longest time but these are just as good for less money and ther smell is great without being too over powering.
