Yes, it’s going to be hard when it arrives. You can either keep it that way and shade it off as needed, warm it up, or mix in another butter. I used cocoa, mango, shea, and petroleum. I then warmed each one in my microwave, placed them in my mixer and mixed them till they were mixed well. I then reused each of the jars and placed them in the freezer for a few hours. Mind you they didn’t get hard again but, I wanted to see if they would. So my family now has a total of six jars and smooth skin! Our skin was very dry and itchy prior to me make this. We’re all very happy and I will keep buying these.

Watched a yootoob and petroleum jelly was used to loosen burnt on gunk on a stovetop. It works great. It’s getting old burnt on crud an makes it easier to clean off new stuff. It protects the surface of my burners.
