The plastic packaging seal that goes around the actual item was not present. To me this is not okay considering there is a pandemic going on. I literally wiped the top down with an alcohol swab because I have no idea if it has been somewhere else. For a facial/lip product this unacceptable. There should be a sanitary plastic seal around the cap.

It’s smells nice. It’s got a faint coconut smells from the coconut oil that’s in it. And it definitely feels nice on my lips. But it’s not always easy to apply. It gets cold and then it becomes impossible to get it out of the tube bc the oils and butters in it have solidified so much. My one complaint since I like leaving my lip balms everywhere like my car and jacket pockets so I have one whenever I need it
