This is a low cost exfoliant that I’ve been using for many years. I used to use it everyday when I was younger. Then, in my late fifties, I started using it every other day. When I reached my mid sixties I retired and I use it every third day when I wash my hair. It’s easy to use in the shower. Now, as I approach 70 next month, my face really doesn’t have a whole lot of wrinkles. I honestly can’t say that it’s because of my exfoliating regularly over the years or whether I am just lucky to have good genes. But it certainly didn’t do any harm and I didn’t spend an arm and a leg for it. So… that’s a win win!😁

If you’re not familiar with St. Ives, you should know it’s literally the best scrub out there (imo). I don’t just use this on my face but other areas to get smoother skin (especially for exfoliating the back of my arms and legs). It’s not harsh, and cleans better than all the other brands. Love the way it feels and you can feel immediate results when you wash it off. You won’t be disappointed!

Un’altra cosa che apprezzo molto è il fatto che sia un prodotto naturale, senza parabeni e testato dermatologicamente. lo consiglio vivamente!
