The bags are quite large and will hold a range of soap sizes. The bags don’t stay tied (not sure if they are supposed to). The mesh is quite fine and creates nice lather quickly. But mine ripped on the first use right at the seam and the soap is in danger of falling out of the bag when I hang it up to dry on my shower head.

I purchased this set of two bags. The bags have served their purpose well, however, the dye used to make the black bag runs. I washed the bag multiple times and thought the water was running clear, but it continues to lose black dye. The conditioner bar that I put in it has become discolored, as well as the shampoo in another bag that was next to it. I have now realized that the dye has stained the fiberglass shower wall. Unfortunately, the dye won’t come out. Be very careful where and how you store it.

It was an added birthday gift for my sister for which I purchased a shampoo bar and a conditioner bar. It says that you can keep the bars in the bags and use them while they are the bag. Also, you can hang these up on the faucet handle of the tub or shower so that not only will the bars stay out of standing water but also be able to use up the last bit of both the shampoo and the hair conditioner bar. Just wet your hair and rub either bar in the bag over the hair and work up a good lather. Do the same with the conditioner bar. In this way there is no waste and no loss of the money spent for the shampo and the conditioner bar which are organic and expensive.

Honestly, I was not expecting these to work as well as they do, especially for my conditioner bar since it doesn’t lather. I just thought that if they kept the broken pieces of my bar shampoo and conditioner together so I can use them longer, it’d be worth the hassle. But they work great, I can still wash and condition perfectly well through the fine mesh of the bag and still keep the bar together. So win/win!

These were purchased for using with bar shampoos and conditioners. They cost less than the name brand ones and works just fine. Some of the stitching could’ve been better but no unraveling so far. Bought a backup set and stitching is fine.
