I’ve been using this (and other Naturium products) for a few years and I couldn’t be happier.
They aren’t inexpensive, but compared to the high end brands they’re a great price point.
My skin is soft and even. It absorbs quickly while keeping my skin hydrated and evenly toned.
There is no scent and my sensitive skin has no issue with it at all.
I recommend this product and brand highly! The quality and attention to true skincare is incredible.

This product does not irritate my skin at all. I use it nightly without any issues. After I apply this product, I apply a moisturizering cream. I can see the hyperpigmentation on my face is diminishing and my fine lines aren’t as noticeable. It is not a miracle cream but it helps. I have been using it for over 2 months. This is my second tube.

I recently bumped up to this strength from the .05%. I have never had any irritation with either. I did start slowly with both strengths, and I would recommend everyone does that. I started twice a week, then went up gradually to where I use it most nights.
RetinAldehyde is a gentler version of retinol that does not have to convert on your skin to be effective (retinol has to convert). It is supposed to be more effective that retinol and one step down from Tret.
Do not use during the day; use only at night, as it makes your skin susceptible to sun damage. Use SPF during the day while Retinaldehyde is in your routine. Do not use alongside AHAs or other harsh acids.
The feel of this is good. It is a deep yellow color, and may tint my very light skin very slightly yellow while I am wearing it, but it does not stain. I sandwich this product in between hydrating toners and my nightly moisturizer, and that seems to work well for me.
As for results- I have definitely seen a reduction in my “11s” between my eyes since I’d have been using this. I have also witnessed my sun spots lighten, but I am not sure if it is due to this or to my other skincare products for hyperpigmentation. I have read that it can take over a year to see real results.
All in all, I will continue to purchase this product.

I have used an over-the-counter retinol cream for years with good results, but after reading about retinaldehyde, I decided to try adding it to my skin routine. Because I had been using a fairly potent retinol cream, I thought I could start with a stronger retinaldehyde serum (0.1%), but didn’t want to splurge on an expensive product. I chose this serum based on the reviews and price. I have been using this serum for a month and am astounded at the results. My skin already looked pretty good for my age (in addition to retinol, I have been using a Vitamin C serum and daily sunscreen), but my skin texture and tone are now noticeably better, smoother and more even, and some of the lines I had been developing between my eyebrows and on my forehead are significantly diminished, with the fine lines gone completely. My skin even appears to be a little “plumper” and has a nice healthy glow. I had no issues with redness or peeling (if you haven’t used a retinol or retinaldehyde product before, you might want to take it slowly) and have only felt the slightest “tingle” when first using this on my skin. The serum goes on smoothly and has no unpleasant scent. As you use only a small amount each night, a single tube goes a long way.

This is a “good” product with good ingredients. But it dries and flakes my skin almost as much as Tretinoin. And leaves my face YELLOW until the next day. No results seen or felt like Tretinoin. Will try another method. UGH.

I used this serum nightly for about a month, and I’m pretty impressed. I normally use tretinoin, which i love for its ability to make my skin smooth and shiny the next day. This product does that for me too and it is encapsulated, which makes it much gentler.
The serum is a bright yellow. Yellow indicates real retinol, and some brands will dye their products to make them seem stronger. I suspect that is the case here, but maybe not. I suppose one could check the ingredients and look for dyes.
I got absolutely no irritation using this, and the next morning my skin is clear, shiny and smooth.
