While Sun Bum provided decent protection, it wasn’t suitable for daily moisturizing. Endlich habe ich die Sonnencreme gefunden, die ich schon seit langem gesucht habe. Ich hatte die Nase voll von den chemisch riechenden, klebrigen und immer einen weißen Rückstand hinterlassenden Sonnencremes.
Gerade im Gesicht finde ich das extrem unangenehm, wenn ich dauernd das Gefühl habe eine Maske auf dem Gesicht zu haben, der Schweiß über das Gesicht läuft und die Sonnenbrille rutscht.
Die Brickell Sonnencreme ist geruchlos, zieht schnell ein und Schützt meine Haut. Mit einem Lichtschutzfaktor von 45 eignet sie sich auch uneingeschränkt für den Urlaub. Keine Rückstände und ein sehr angenehmes Gefühl auf der Haut.
Zusätzlich pflegt sie dabei auch noch die Haut. Es ist eine Feuchtigkeits- und Anti-Aging Creme, die der Haut Feuchtigkeit gibt und Falten minimiert. Ganz besonders angenehm in der prallen Sonne. Sie Haut fühlt sich entspannt an während sie mich vor den Sonnenstrahlen schützt. Eine super Kombi, die mir erspart noch weitere Pflegeprodukte mit in den Urlaub zu nehmen. Dabei besteht sie laut Hersteller nur aus natürlichen Inhaltsstoffen.
Klar gehört die Creme nicht zu den günstigen Produkten, dabei darf man aber nicht vergessen, dass es sich hier nicht nur um eine Sonnencreme handelt. Ich nutze sie hautsächlich für das Gesicht und die Arme. Somit kann man damit sehr gut haushalten und man kommt eine lange Zeit damit aus.
Für mich ein Gewinn.

So we all know that sunscreen is an essential part of good skin, just like eating healthy and exercising. If only finding a sunscreen that was comfortable to wear on your face all day was as easy as eating right and finding a yoga studio? Well look no further. Brickell’ Element Defense not only gives you all day sun protection but it also moisturizes all day. It has no scent. It’s super light and although it’s silky smooth a little goes a long way. I shaved my head so I use it on my head, face and neck. The only drawback to this guy is he isn’t waterproof. So you need to reapply after sweating at the gym and it’s not so pragmatic for the pool or beach if you plan on getting in the water. But for everyday protection from the big C, wrinkles and other hazards of the sun this is a must have.

I’ve been using this product daily for years now. I don’t have a lot of hair coverage so I use it on my face and head / neck. It’s a great physical block sunscreen for daily use. Nicely moisturizing and goes on easy without any white cast. It’s a bit thinner than you might be used to for comparable products, which helps minimize white cast. The only caveat to this is that it has a tendency to leave you a bit shiny. Not extremely noticeable, but enough that when you cover your whole head with it you may notice a particular sheen.
Of course this hasn’t stopped me from using it daily for years. I find it to be the optimal balance of quality, effectiveness, volume, and price for me, despite the semi-glossy effect.
