Update: The seller contacted me and assured me that is not common occurrence, and replaced the bottle. I will use it again and we’ll see how it goes for the full 30 days. Regardless if I will purchase again or not, companies that stand behind their products will always have my respect!
This is the very first serum that I’ve tried where the pipe/ dropper broke. I tried more expensive and cheaper brands and never had this issue. I didn’t drop it, I simply wanted to use it one morning and pulled out a dropper without a tip. Tip fell in the bottle. So I threw it out and moved on. I can’t really say much about the quality of the product itself because it lasted about 10 days but I wasn’t impressed. Was planning on not purchasing it a second time. But it wasn’t anything bad..just not impressed. I don’t think it’s worth the price. I bought it because of an influencer I follow…and I’m thinking it was just hyped for financial reasons by her, which is the case with many products nowadays. Either way was planning on not purchasing again.

This product can last for a long time if you use it correctly. My recommendation is to use 1/4 the dropper and apply 4 small drops to your skin – 1 on the forehead, 1 on the right cheek, 1 on the left cheek, 1 on the neck. Rub in evenly and gently without pulling on your skin. For best results, apply morning and night after the TBT solution.

I normally use it in the winter. I wash my face in the morning and apply a little on my finger tips and apply it to my damp face.
Keeps my skin moist even with the cold winds of winter.
