I’ve been buying Dream Slip for a while. It’s one of my favorite products and one of the only ones that actually cures my chapped lips. I either buy it from QVC or Sara Happ directly. I took a chance on ordering from Amazon and sure enough, I regret it. I don’t know why, but this one smells awful, like moth balls. Maybe I got one that’s been sitting in a warehouse forever. Won’t buy this product from Amazon again. This shouldn’t happen when you’re spending close to $40 on lip balm.

This stuff is so good. I bought it because I had heard someone highly recommend it. I thought what the heck, why not try it, I’ve tried so many others, what’s one more. I use it every night and it really has helped my dry lips. I snore and get a dry mouth along with dry lips. This stuff is a miracle.

I LOVE this stuff. I put it on right before I go to sleep and I wake up with such soft lips and I don’t need to use chapstick through the day. And I live in a dry desert climate, so that’s saying something. This tiny jar also lasts for so long! You might think it’s pricey, but trust me it is worth it for how well it works and how long it lasts.

Dream Slip is hands down the best overnight lip treatment I’ve ever found, in years and years of searching and trying other things. It’s completely true that one use will make a huge difference. And that it doesn’t take a lot.
I will say that it does stain sheets and pillow cases, however. I have really nice high-end bamboo sheets and they are somewhat spotted from this. Careful washing and stain treatments will help (and note that this is a lipid so treat the stain accordingly)… But at least for my sheets, the little Dream Slip stains never fully go away.
I can live with it considering the miracles that this stuff has worked on my lips time and time again!

The Dream Slip by Sara Happ is seriously my favorite lip balm type of product I’ve ever used. It’s part of my daily routine and is a product I always keep on hand and next to the bed at night. Prior to using The Dream Slip, my lips were in a perpetual state of feeling dry or chapped. I always kept something on my lips trying to hydrate and comfort them and some products gave me some relief, but nothing repairs, protects and makes my lips feel as comfortable as The Dream Slip. I’m someone who always likes something on my lips, so I use this every night and as needed during the day. Since using it, my lips are never chapped, sore or cracked (unless I try a new product irritates my lips). This product feels so soothing and comforting to my lips.
This simply comes in a pot, and I use my finger to apply it. I love the texture. It’s thick but glides on smoothly and leaves a comforting non-greasy layer on my lips that stays in place and keeps my lips in good condition and feeling hydrated all night. I wake with a layer still on my lips, and my lips feel soft, revived and smooth as they don’t crack or dry out during the night. This isn’t an all natural product, but it doesn’t irritate my lips at all. I’ve tried many lip balms and treatments and most result in sore, irritated or peeling lips. One pot of this balm lasts me about 9 months using it daily, so the $34 price seems reasonable to me for how amazing this makes my lips feel. Love it. 5 stars.
