I agree with others in that my mini size arrived looking lumpy. I looked on the Bambu Earth website and found that if you run the jar under hot water, shake, and then put it in the freezer, the product become smooth.
This moisturizer is absolutely amazing. It soothes, hydrates, plumps, and leaves my skin looking great. It does have a slick texture so I only use it at night. I wake up to thoroughly moisturized skin. And, no clogged pores. Now, it does have a strong earthy scent that I enjoy. But, I can certainly see it really offending someone who is sensitive to scent. Overall, I love this product!

The good news – it absorbs quickly, and your skin does feel more moisturized in the morning. Doesn’t seem to promote breakouts either, despite being so oily.
The not so good: the texture. Nothing as seen in any pic. They did warn that it may be runny after shipping (it was), but I figured it would change back into something gel-like, or close. Like the thing seen in the ads. Nope. First, while still being runny it kind of flaked, and now it’s this goopy semi scrub thing with these little clumps. Kind of gross, actually and makes it hard to apply. Ugh. Doesn’t help that the scent is also life-changingly…..awful. It’s been a month since I bought it so I don’t think it will be like a gel or even jelly anytime soon.
Maybe it will be more useful in the winter. Like I said, your skin does feel more moisturized in the morning, which is why it gets three stars.
I won’t throw it out, but I certainly have no interest in ever buying again. Doesn’t seem to be worth the cost, not even by half – at least not to me.
Update: worse in the winter. Waste of money, never changed texture and became even more runny and oily. Dissuaded a friend from trying it and I cannot believe the company is still peddling this nonsense. Do better.

Smells awful but OMG does it work. At 44 I was starting to get wrinkles on my chest, around my eyes and on my neck. I’ve been using this for 3 days and the wrinkles on my chest and neck are gone. Literally gone. My laugh lines are about 50% of what they were and the lines around my eyes are gone. I’m sold and if you’re on the fence, buy it.

I don’t know if it had to do with the heat, but mine is not solid. I received this a couple weeks ago, it’s runny and lumpy. Thought if it was due to the hot weather, being in delivery truck, but never returned to a solid form like it shows in ads. Most expensive product I’ve ever bought, very disappointed, very oily, does not absorb into my skin. My house is air conditioned but it never went back into solid form. I’ve tried using it many times now and it just sits as oil on my skin, have to take cloth to blot it off. My skin is dry, I bought it because I liked the ingredients but it’s not something I can use. So much money…ugh…

This goes on smooth and makes my skin feel moisturized all day without any oiliness. My skin tends to be very sensitive- so much so that I usually have an “adjustment period” when trying a new product where it gets worse before it gets better but that didn’t happen with this cream. I love the earthy smell (I know some people find it off putting but I really like it). The downside is the price- I just can’t justify the cost but if you’re looking for a quality moisturizer and have some money to spend, this is a good option.
