I bought this serum after a friend suggested I try a vitamin c serum for scar reduction post surgery. She uses serum on her face (not sure which brand though) and her skin is flawless and dewy, so I had to try. After searching for an entire day on Amazon for a quality product, I was pretty dissuaded from every option, as reviewers consistently noted that the serums in question either didn’t work or made their skin break out. The reviews for this product were different, so I bought it. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. I first used it about a week after I got it to treat these red crusty patches of skin I get on my left hand and left elbow every winter. The patches never go away until about April when the weather improves. No moisturizer makes them go away and petroleum jelly is just messy. I put this on my hand before going to bed one night and when I woke up in the morning the patch was completely gone. It still felt rough to the touch, but the redness and the flakiness disappeared. I used it for two more nights, and now my hand is completely healed. Since then, I have incorporated it in my morning routine and mix four drops with my facial moisturizer. I have skin that is very prone to breaking out, but my skin has not broken out once with it. I’m 29 and have expression lines on my forehead that have been visibly reduced since using this product as well. On a side note, it feels a little sticky to the touch, but once it dries completely, the stickiness goes away. This is a small inconvenience, but I honestly do not care since this stuff is a complete game changer.

I love this stuff. When applied to face or finger, it stays in place for a couple of seconds so you have a chance to spread it where you want it instead of chasing it all over.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! This stuff is amazing. I had really bad sun spots on my face and since I have been using Mad Hippie they are almost unnoticeable. It’s very light and the fragrance is very clean smelling.
