I needed a moisturizing balm that plumps my lips because lately they have been really dry. I’ll put lipgloss, waxy lip balms and anything else besides a moisturizing lip ointment like product. My hesitance was always because I needed to use my fingers. I don’t trust using a balm without an applicator. This product solves that and it stays moisturized on my lips instead of just sitting on top. I like that I can refill the container after I finished with the product too.
