Mederma Stretch Marks Therapy is designed to be applied twice daily for twelve weeks to fresh stretch marks. You apply it in a circular motion until it is absorbed. You can even get text reminders from Mederma if you find you are having trouble remembering to use it.
I developed three one inch stretch marks on my stomach during my second pregnancy. I am extremely fair skinned and the stretch marks were jagged and of a medium pink hue that really stood out. I have applied the lotion twice daily for a few weeks now, and my stretch marks are already a very faint pink color that almost blends in with my skin. I also want to add that my skin tone where the stretch marks are is very much improved and has lost the bizarre wrinkled appearance that you acquire with stretch marks.
The Mederma has a thick creamy consistency that is absorbed readily by skin. It has no greasiness and I have not noticed it staining my clothing in any manner. The fragrance is another matter though. This formula has a strong floral fragrance. It dissipates fairly well during daytime hours, but if I apply it close to bedtime, the fragrance really intensifies while I sleep under bed linens. During warm weather it can be insufferable. However, I’m willing to give any product that does such a great job improving my skin so drastically a full five stars!
Update: After three months of solid use, my stretch marks were negligible. I think stretch marks and their final appearance have so much to do with genetics and skin properties, but I do believe that the lotion really helped their final appearance.

Tardé mucho en decidirme a comprarlo ya que son 40 euros. Leí muchísimas opiniones sobre este producto en USA. La mayor parte de los comentarios le daban un 10 y lo calificaban casi de milagroso.
Finalmente lo compré para algunas marcas de estrías después del embarazo en los pechos, la parte interna de los muslos y justo por la línea de la cesarea (gracias a Dios no salió en la tripa!).
Hay que seguir las indicaciones y ser constante, pero realmente las estrías mejoran muchísimo. Especialmente las de los muslos estaban rojas y poco a poco se han aclarado y se marca menos.
Todavía sigo con el tratamiento, eso sí, he tenido que comprar otro bote.
Mas adelante pondré mas comentarios sobre los resultados, pero por ahora estoy encantada!

We’ll start with 4 and update accordingly. First off, 4 out of 5 ain’t shabby! So far, I’m very pleased with the stretch mark cream. I’ve had my eye on it for 5 years now and could never get over the price. I’ve tried countless cheaper options and, thus far, I’m finding you get what you pay for. I’ve had this product for 4 days now. It’s important to note a couple items regarding its results:
1) I am not genetically predisposed to stretch marks. I just give birth to giant babies (my first was over 9 lbs.). After the birth of my second child 2 years ago, the stretch marks got worse and I can’t even stand the look of my stomach anymore. I’ve even looked at plastic surgery, but the scars seem just as ugly as what I already have!
2) I am following the directions to the letter. I am using an arabica coffee exfoliating scrub 3x’s a week and applying the cream twice daily. Without fail.
3) I am also dieting and excerizing (a little ☺️). This cream isn’t intended to take away inches so if I want that little pooch to disappear too, I’m going to have to put in a little work on my part. Part of my diet is staying super hydrated, which we all know is great for your skin.
I am posting a picture of my results, so far. You’ll see that the wrinkles and lines are still visible but the coloration is MUCH better. Bathing suit season is 4 weeks away and full results take 12, but I am confident that I will be more confident pool side by the end of the month!

I’m not one to write reviews unless they’re negative usually but this was such an incredible product that I needed to share my experience with it. I’ve tried all kinds of products for my last pregnancy (6 years ago) and never found one that I liked leaving me with a lot of stretch marks. This time around I was determined to find some thing that did not feel sticky or stay in my clothes and that also smells very good and was effective. I tried all kinds of items like Burts bees, bio oil and Mamma Mio and Body Merry, and I was NOT satisfied! I either did not like the smell or did not like the way it spread, or did not see results. I am so happy I finally found this product!!!!!! It spreads great and absorbs well so my clothes don’t feel gross when I get dressed, smells great, great price, and guarantees results! I have not gotten any new stretch marks and I am 7 months pregnant and can hardly see the post stretch marks from my last pregnancy Now ask well which I have had them for 6 years! I am so happy and highly recommend!!!!!
